0:05 New Years is coming & ARGENTA FLATS has a problem with drivers parking their cars here while they possibly drink at nearby bars. This guy may have been counting the dents. I hope the North Little Rock Police Department doesn't have drunk driving ticket quotas to fill. We get these drivers for ALL downtown events & Christmas was the usual. I hope people here keep their kids & dogs CLOSE till after the New Years is over.
