Although I'm forever a city kid at heart, I would love to have a cabin like this, a place of solitude to watch cute, fuzzy creatures through my window while nursing a mug of rich hot chocolate, and making music when inspiration strikes.
We live in such a place. Opened the front door the other day and just about gored my self on a lil fork (one year old I think) deer hanging out RIGHT at the door step. :) Sending warm fuzzy furry creature vibes your way. Sipping hot cocoa as we speak.
Once there was a boy. He didn’t have a name. He was just called “the boy” . He lived alone on a small beach. Nobody knew he lived there. Sometimes people would come there and fish but always thought it was visiting too. The boy had nobody to live with. Nobody to look up to. He was forgotten. A waste of a human he thought. He lived in a abandoned fishing cabin under a tree. It was cold and musty but after many years you forget. He deserved the cold he would think. He would take lots of walks on the beach looking for crabs and to go fishing for food. This particular walk he found something else. It was a pelican. It was abandoned in its nest. Small and forgotten. It lived alone is a cold nest. The boy picked it up the poor baby pelican and rushed it back to the cabin in got it fish he caught yesterday and fed it to him. He ate it quickly. Little did he know he was about to start a amazing friendship. For 6 months the pelican and the boy lived in the abandoned cabin all alone but found comfort and friendship in each other. He was confused why he felt this way to this pelican. What was so special about this one? He saw pelicans all the time. He thought back to when he found it: cold and alone in a nest. He looked up at the ceiling. Through the cracks of wood he saw the night stars. He thought a bit. Then he looked around his cabin. He finally found why. He was alone and cold too. He found someone who felt the way he did and understood him. He found comfort in a bird. He looked at the sleeping pelican on the end of his broken mattress. “He’s just like me” he whispers “he understands how I feel.” no matter what you are going through something or someone will always be there to comfort u. You aren’t alone

This does give me a warm feeling. I’m not sure about all of you, but it’s snowing where I live and is around 14F (10C) outside. Hope you’re all doing well. While I do like a chilly setting, it’s a bit too chilly for this time of the year where I live.
In a cabin in thewoods far from here, lived an old, weathered man on his own. He built the cabin himself and knew every inch like the palm of his hand, and it became his permanent escape from his world. Everyday he would gather the scraps of his meals the night before and feed the chickens, he would take the seeds and feed the squirrels, he would toss the fish carcasses to the woods for the coyotes and bears. His life was the cycle of nature, and this was how he found peace with himself and the mistakes he had made. This was how he found joy in living.
My parents woke me up at 5 am. -.- I’ll get to the point I don’t mind since you also during that time decided to drop another vid and I’m stoked. Thanks for starting my day off right. Lol
