Lovely video chum thanks for the name drop! That beer colour looks incredible, I'm gonna steal that grain bill for my next ipa for definite! Shame you didn't get the Piña flavours you wanted. I only remember doing 1 beer with Bru-1 and that was partnered with Sabro. Was beautiful but don't think I got Pineapple. Vic Secret tho..... pinapplearama for me both on the nose and in the palate. I did need to let it condition quite a while for the pineapple to come through. Food for thought.
Cracking looking beer that Rick. I’ve got a very similar beer planned for my next brew, but using two different hops. Glad to see yours came out so well. I can’t decide between CML 5 or Clipper for mine though. Any thoughts?
Never used clipper and always had good results from cml 5 clipper looks like it brings out the fruity hoppy side so that’s got to be good right ? I’m sure either will be great good luck cheers 👍🏼🍻
