We were lucky to have Greg Allman as long as we did.

I attended this concert and this was a fantastic set. They played almost exclusively the tunes that were current when Duane and Berry were still alive. Great set!

To my ears and soul, perhaps the finest one-two punch to start off an album in rock history. Gregg's in really good voice right here. Derek and Warren are Derek and Warren - two masters at pulling emotion from their guitars. My biggest musical regret was that I never got to see these cats play live.

Often referred to, and correctly so, as the greatest of all time.

Opinion, Gregg Allman is one of the two (Robert Plant the other) with the finest voices in rock...

"Don't Want You No More" by McKinley Morganfield (Muddy Waters).
This was the beginning to the first ABB record , the world's introduction to the greatest of all the American rock bands . Anybody doesn't like this is wrong !

Spencer Davis wrote this with vocals. Was on you tube! See if it still is.

Muddy Waters did not write 'Don't Want You No More'. He did write 'Trouble No More', which the ABB also covered on their debut album.

This group of musicians reminds us of The Allman Brothers, however it is not The Allman Brothers. They are nothing more than a tribute band. Cold, hard truth is that when Duane died so did the Allman Brothers band.

Duane was legendary, however Gregg and Dickey wrote all of the ABB songs (aside from the few they covered). Without Dickey pulling them back together, they would have been just a blip on the radar screen of Rock and Roll.
