- Shortly after arriving into Chicago on Amtrak's Southwest Chief, I made a 15 minute walk up Canal Street to the north end of Chicago's Union Station to do some railfanning during rush hour. In just over one hour, 30 trains were recorded. There were more than 30 trains, but I couldn't get myself in position for some of the trains. In this video, you will see a huge amount of Metra trains being powered by a variety of locomotives as well as Amtrak's Empire Builder beginning its trek to Seattle.
Thanks for watching & enjoy!

I Never Knew That Metra Train Never Had A Graham E-Bell, Until Metra Nippon Sharyo Highliner Were The First One To Have An E-Bell, Before Metra Purchase An F59PHI & SD70MACH Had All E-Bells Too! Metra Should’ve Have Changed All MP36PH-3C’s and F40PH/F40PHM-3’s Into E-Bells, As Well As Nippon Sharyo Cabcars Too!
@@arcmproductions5087 I agree with you. I think every Metra locomotive should have E bells
Increíble que una Ciudad del Primer Mundo tenga pasos a nivel en la ciudad, aquí no hay ni en ciudad ni en el campo, hay puentes y túneles.
