what the best framework for state owned companies in Zimbabwe, how can one tell the type of framework being used in an organisation

all frameworks can be used in any type of organization. i have found corbit to be of importance in organizations where audit controls are very important. so you get corbit to mange the audit and controls and ITIL can help you with the operations. It's all a matter of how you implement them. Hope that helps
