Even if he was employed by a generous organisation paying £200,000 per year, he still will not have made up to £1,000,000 in that span if we take away taxes and other expenses. The debt to equity ratio in his story was also ridiculous. No financial institution would have given that much loan with him having less than 5% equity. They are usually looking for about 30% equity. Then, he talked about winning a property at a ridiculous price at an auction in Germany. This is a common talking point of unclean folks. Plus, he is grandiose. Calling the fancy mirror "real gold" when anyone in the precious metal industry or with common sense can tell it isn't real gold. In addition, why will someone so grandiose have a basic apartment. Anyone acquainted with European real estate, especially a place like Switzerland, can tell it is basic.
I have seen one or 2 of his videos great to see black people in the property game and Nigerians as usual are every where. So proud to be a Nigerian. We are truly a blessed Nation of skilled, intelligent, innovative, creative....can go on group of people and it does not matter where we live we make our mark.
