Nice video. It s a neat looking case indeed, just finished a build in this case for the lounge room TV last weekend. Playing Alan Wake 2 in 4K at the moment (medium setting, DLSS balanced and low ray tracing on), my 7800x3D is hovering around 61 degrees with a NZXT 240 AIO and MSI Ventus 4070TI around 58 degrees @ 99% utilisation with almost VRAM maxed out. In terms of noise and temp, i'm very impressed, it's very quiet, (not silent as i can hear the pump) especially ther is little internal airflow in this case. My only comparison (and unfairly) is my main gaming rig which is completely silent (Lian Li Odyssey X case and 360mm AIO rad cooling a i9 13900K & 4090 Strix OC) with a 9 fans. If you need a small footprint, this case is worth it, but keep in mind of the length and width of your GPU, as I had to cramp my MSI ventus 4070TI into the chasis. Overall, this case is small enough to be placed behind any large display. Next thing i'm gonna do is to replace my Odyssey X (I love that case it looks great like a pieceof art but way too big for my cave), with a McPrue Apollo S 3.0 ITX build. I wanted ITX build with a bit more airflow without it being Mid-tower build - so ended up ordering an Apollo S 3.0, hope it is as good as people say it is.
@@jarrodholley929that has nothing to do with what the title of the video says. Idk where you got price, and construction time from, because it’s not mentioned anywhere else. I'm new to building pcs, would it be easy enough to follow this as a guide but change the motherboard for b650e-i with an amd cpu and change the cooling to a noctua air cooler.
Nice build. I have the same board. But I use the CoolerMaster NR200P Max case for it. Using i9 13900K, RTX 3080Ti, 3 NVME and 3 Sata SSD and added 2 exhaust fans at the bottom. CPU Temp is in the 40s Celsius and the same with the drives and GPU all in the 40s Celsius when running Revit. But when I use D5 Render. The GPU temp hits up to 60 plus Celsius.
Gonna use the NR200P Max for my next build since I like small form factor but still want the glass panel to look at LED stuff. Hope the 5090 fits in it when it comes out.
Which is the smallest between h2o, a4 sfx, c4 sfx, t1, ch160. Must contain triple slot 322mm gpu such as msi rtx 4090 ventus 3x (smallest 4090 with FE). Dont care about liquid cooling if there is space for air cooler. Also was looking for a mini itx able to install also a blueray 4k uhd drive and card reader. Didn t find anything.
i own the same case but under the hood there´s a ryzen 5950 and a strix 3090... and the ambient is pretty toasty so i ask, how does this setup handle the temperatures? my system goes arround 80ºC for the CPU, 240mm liquid from NZXT and the ROG Strix sits about 69ºC (I play @4k 120Hz) with an ambience room temp of 25ºC (Barcelona). I ask because i was thinking about changing my GPU for the 4090 FE but i don´t know how it will perform in terms of temp without changing the case, mine is silver and is awesome. Best regards and great video ☺👍
@@joebama22266 so I have the build almost ready, but I'm waiting for the custom MODDIY 12V connector before I can close the case. So far it's looking great, CPU temps at 100% with -15 undervolting are hovering around 80C max (I have Asus AIO, same as here) and Nvidia GPU (stock clocks) is maxing at 61C. I couldn't be happier more. The case is fantastic and it fits well. I will take some pics and add more details once my build is ready, but I'm very confident I won't have any issues. CPU's temp shouldn't change much despite the case being open now, because of the AIO, and for the GPU, FE is extremely efficient in terms of air cooling and I don't think it will go above 70C if I close the case. I'm also planning to experiment with undervolting it, but so far it didn't play well so far (details omitted). Update: I forgot to mention about another build I was looking at: pcpartpicker.com/b/XLfPxr, PTAL as it's very similar and has some undervolting stats.
Geeze, how do you fit the power cable in? I cannot close bottom panel due to super stiff power cable on SFXL psu. All I can do is waiting my custom cable to arrive.
What are the temps you are getting in this case with the 13900 and the 4090 ?

How are the temps on this build? very well done!
Beautiful, well done!
Well Formd T1 v2 is smaller and I've seen builds with 4090 in it.
It’s also more expensive and you have to put it together
I think if you got a 4090, the word expensive no longer matters lol.@@jarrodholley929

who the heck pairs a 4090 with a 19" monitor bruhhhhh
Oh man, i wonder if this case can manage all that heat.
Cooler ASUS ROG STRIX LC 240 first version or Asus ROG STRIX LC II 240 ?
Dude was able to to put a sfx-l psu and a 4090 in this case like nothing and yet i struggled with a 3070, corsair sf750 & custom cables lol.
Lots of editing. He didn't show all of his cabling and it definitely takes longer than 7 minutes to build a PC in this case.
i got this one too! thanks for the recommandation
Why youdont choose ROG Strix Z790-I?

I'm just building a new system with 4090 FE + A4 H20 and 7800X3D and was also wondering about the temps.
@bracken777 please let me know how temps are! I'll be doing the same build in next few months.

How much to build this??

KRAKEN Z53, 4090FE, LOKI1000W(SFX-L) 😁
There is a 3mm gap in the assembly of the motherboard and graphics card on the back of the case.
Why ASUS ROG STRIX LC 240 ?
Do you need to apply thermal paste on the CPU before putting the AIO cooler or will it work without thermal paste?
Needs paste unless the cold plate of the aio has pre installed paste on it

Glad you enjoyed it
is 4090 strix will fit on that case please advise. Thanks

Cool but sucks since you can only fit the founders
How much would it cost for You guys to make me one of these BAD BOYS???
