Idaho petition to get Emma and garth out of your schools! They do not need to be teaching your children! Protect your children!!!
Their careers are over, nobody in that town or school believes their testimony & know/have seen far more than us on a daily basis outside the courtroom to confirm all they need to know about this family to think otherwise. Their dad destroyed all of them.
I wonder if Emma thinks that Tylee and JJ were actually in a "safe place" once she learned they were buried in the back yard.
I'm sorry but I don't believe anything Emma has to say. She doesn't seem to care about her Mom at all.
She sounds like the zombie. No affect. Her responses are clearly coached even though she denied she has been coached by Pryor. How could she possible remember how the car was parked on June 9 when her father was arrested? How can she testify he drive 50 mph on that road? She's getting a free home to stay in. She's invested in continuing to access resources from her father.
Her not working out and being a little overweight doesn’t in anyway explain dying from asphyxiation at 49.
Not to mention the there is a history of dying in my family comment. There is a history of dying in my family as well, all of my ancestors have at some point died.

Four innocent people were murdered! Why are these witnesses covering for this guy!!??
The Daybells and Prior keep trying to paint law enforcement as the bad guys. They don't seem the least bit bothered by the fact that Lori's kids were buried in their father's backyard. Or that their mother was murdered and the only person with her at the time was Chad. Or that he married Lori 17 days after their mother had died. They decided early on that Chad is innocent and no amount of evidence will convince them otherwise. I have no sympathy for them. They are choosing to ignore the facts so they don't have to face the truth, which is that Chad is a liar, a murderer, a cheating husband a thief and he no doubt mutilated Tylee's body in order to hide evidence. Law enforcement did an exemplary job on this case. They are not the bad guys here. Chad and Lori are. His kids are not much better.
They could be the product of a narcissistic father, with likely brainwashing their entire lives, and they will have to work long and hard to break through their veil of denial.

Garth just changed the narravtive on the stand! He stated to Prior he got home at 1am and then awoke to his Dad calling out for help about 2am. Now with Blake he stated he got home at 1am and watched youtube for a few hours.

So your mother was so unhealthy that it's not unusual that she passed away at such a young age. But she was healthy enough to fight off an attacker? I don't get what they were trying to get at.

This girl did a bang up job for the State.
Garth didn't get home until 1am and he stated under oath he awoke about 2am to his Dad calling out to him for help. It was then obvious to him Tammy was stiff and cold. It was determined she had died several hours earlier. So if there was a struggle several hours earlier, Garth would have not been home to hear anything. Secondly, how do dead people fall out of bed? Lastly why did they not call 911 until 6am? That is 4 hours after finding his mother, who was clearly deceased. Why would you leave your mother laying there for four hours? Make it make sense!
Idk why this isn't being completely grilled on. He just got caught in a massive lie, like come on!!!
His first version of the story was true….. he told his coworker he came home and found his mom dead and his dad wasn’t there. Thats the only version that sounds like the truth.
Emma says “him (Chad) seeing her die was very traumatic.” oh, I'm sure it was. Smh This woman is a robot and a liar.

I would not be proud to call these kids my offspring due to what, in my opinion were their out and out lies and their disparagement of their mother. They are as guilty as their slimeball dad, I do believe. Guilt by association. Sad. Talk about selective memory. These kids have their whole speech memorized including dates but when the prosecution asks anything they aren't preprogrammed for they can't remember because it was too long ago. John Prior is very evident in all their answers, in my opinion.

The more I listen and watch Garth and Emma…. The more I think they were involved somehow. They were either directly involved or they knew after and helped cover up.

That's bc Tammy was a better mother than lori, and the daybell kids had a better father. Lori was a bad mom, and lori killed her kids and her own family. Tammy died natural. 😢 Tammy loved her kids, and chad loved his kids. Lori didn't like her kids. Her kids didn't have a fight cause when the momma bear wants you dead, you're dead kinda like a newborn kitten.

So Emma, your mom never told anyone she was sick, never missed work, never went to the doctor, went to Zumba and Clogging Classes, volunteered to hold book fairs, and when the opportunity for down time arose at school you admit that instead of taking a break she would choose to help kids get their lunch. You even mention how she would carry so many grocery bags at once that it would sometimes leave a bruise on her arm. So how many bags would your dizzy, tired, anemic mom carry on each arm? And she did this often?

Wow! Even joe murray TRASHED Tammy on the stand: tammy was jealous? Of the fitbit competition. Now we need a picture of his fat father. Soooo Joe has a list of volunteers for the 5k BUT DOES NOT PRODUCE it, AND fat emma who just had a baby was participating in the 5K but NOT tammy who was taking workout classes and burpees??? Where is the list of volunteers? I mean this all happened within months of tammy death, exhumed within 60 days of her death....but no list to prove volunteer? Emma was aware of lori kids missing in february. Tammy died october, body exhumed december, lori kids missing february and chad arrest june. But no way to retrieve list of volunteers from the 5k run JOE organized? Sure thing.

They are trying to claim he didn’t know Alex put them there -not realizing his raccoon lie would put him in the yard and at the fire pit at the same time Alex would have been there burning and burying Tylee.

After hearing testimony from people who worked w/Tammy & how close she was w/her daughter & now hearing this daughter take the side of this murderer is gut-wrenching.. all while living in the same house & possibly the same bedroom her mother was murdered in & on the property 2 murdered children were found buried. 5:10 ... Garth is exampling that Tami, his mom was upset by being shot at by a paint gun. REALLY, they took the time to look it up on Google instead of IMMEDIATE getting a gun and flashlight and running out on to the porch or going to the closest window to look out from to see what is going on outside? There seems to be quite a bit of information missing here in the timeline. Guess I need to be patient to see what else is brought up, especially by the prosecutor's questions.

Tammy isn’t alive, which is by no fault of her own but if she was such a good mom maybe the kids that you speak of, the kids she raised would grow a backbone and be honest instead of trying to cover for Chad, trying to make law enforcement look like the bad guys for arresting chad after finding the bodies of his mistress turned wife’s children on the property and for doing an autopsy on their mother.
