What I do now to manifest thanks to you Lisa is shifting my identity, and law of assumption, and also I will also use law of attraction too, however I'm invested in law of assumption. Also, what I do to keep myself positive when there are lows and downs is I meditate or relax. I plan on doing meditation for my entire life so I do it daily now as habit and I use it to cleanse my energy and soul. I only surround myself with positive energy and not negative energy.

Had similiar. Manifest health is easy fir me. Money not so. Try following, I always do such:
talk to your foot. Say: hey foot you belong to me! So you have to do what i want! And i want that you heal fast now! You are like new now! Foot you are healed now... affirm this last sentence all the time... until healed.
I think my probelm, believing that I am not worthy of the beautiful things in life...and therefore strangles my self belief of my capabilities and my confidence...And so, I need to stop doing that, and change my thought pattern and so that my subconscious mind and can start shifting my conscious mind and my reality

What's your natural eye color?
I mean there is no "new" to manifestation.
I personally have two people I like to watch or better listen to (you are one of these), not because I want to hear something new and maybe weird or show stopping blow your mind stuff. I listen to these videos to refresh my memories, same as when you read a book again.
We all sometimes forget something, we all sometimes stuck and when we are reminded of a certain technique/process etc. it can make the next manifestations easy again.
We are limitless, still we should respect the other natural laws - for example I would not recomment to manifest a loss or gain of 10kg in a few days, because what would be the easiest soution for the universe to give you what you ask for? Maybe loosing an arm by an accident or growing a tumor? So always respect all natural laws and not just the one you like.
Moreover most people think they have to be in a lot of motion to get what they want or that taking time off is a loss of working time but just because you are in motion it does not mean you move forward. If that makes sense.
Mental breaks makes life easier and smoother. When I started to include a real break by sitting down, having a cup of good tea, reading, affirming - an hour or one and a half are gone by BUT with these breaks I am much more focused and therefore complete my tasks a lot faster and easier on top of that I have more spare time at the end of the day. YES, to everyone who maybe is afraid of taking it slowly Read This Sentence Again.
One more thing - I have strong DEPRESSIONS and no problems with manifestation. It is about how you handle it. I don't see my despessions as something bad. Without them I would never have been this creative and I would not have become the person I am now.
