Now those who have chosen to accept and further exploring their gifts are teaching others. How do I know that submaker has good intentions? I know someone can feel it in their gut but not everybody have good intuition if they still learning about themselves.
2 years back I used to use subliminals, and they worked for 1 month. But right after that my life went completely downhill. I don't know if it's coincidental or it was smth bad or I listened to the wrong subliminal channels but it has definitely scared me. Ever since then I've been scared of listening to subliminals

I listened to any sub for the 1st time this morn just after waking up...and I got a severe headache + dizziness...and tiredness + a lil' restlessness too...and this all continued for 4 hrs (I listened to it without headphones and for 12 mins)..and now I feel a lil' relaxed but the headache still plays in the background (minimal tho)
I was now thinking to listen to the sub for 12 mins before sleeping so that anything like this would not bother me cause I'd straight hit the bed!
