3:30A)Systematic approach
-Technical points:
i.laterally rotated
ii.vertically tilted
iii.under/over/adequately exposed
-Anatomical points:
i.soft tissue in neck, sides of thorax
ii.bony cage (clavicles,ribs, ic spaces, vertebrae)
iii.diaphragm -right,left domes, 2 angles, fundic gas below it
iv.trachea
v.heart -shape,size (cardiothoracic ratio
