I personally know a few graduates from tier 3 colleges in India who obtained positions with salaries exceeding 8 LPA at such firms within a year of graduation. And presently there are hundreds of such national and multinational product based companies operating in India, with new ones emerging every year. And even if you begin somewhere with a starting salary of 20K, if you're motivated to learn new technologies, your income could escalate rapidly within 2-3 years when switching jobs.
The problem in getting a job even after internship is because each employee cost a lot to a company. Secondly, employing someone from NON EU countries is much complicated and expensiver. When there are candidates enough from other Schengen countries, why should a company hire someone from Asia? And that too, who does not speak, read or write the local language of the country. All Schengen countries are now working with minimum employees, ever since Corona pandemic, Ukraine war. Along, with it, cost of living, recession etc....is going to stay long. Not so promising! I am fortunate enough to be working here in Belgium, since I speak, read and write Dutch quite fluently.

AI jobs need atleast 2-3 yrs+ of exp with a very good profile (Courses, certifications, great resume projects) . I am not suprised she is not getting jobs. Please set your expectations right sis. I would suggest target Data analyst/ BI jobs as more often than not companies won't hire you for AI/ML/DL roles (not kidding just stating fact). Anchor please do a detailed study about the field and than comment on job scenario. Just because some freshers are not getting jobs does'nt make the market bad. DS/AI/ML is by default an intermediate/advanced field and generally not for freshers.

If you think , learning German will make you employable, you are fooling yourself. Like I said, as harsh as it sounds, look for a English speaking country. All the sucess story you hear, are exceptions. You cannot bet your future on exception.

When i came to Germany in 2022 i got Werkstudent in first month...Just now i finished master and started my full time job...So it's very easy to get a job in IT sector.
What about non IT related jobs? Im thinking about pursuing Masters in Finance from a public university. How hard will it be to find a job in the finance sector after graduating?

I have a C1 and most probably will end up with a C2 if my company increases the education budget. If you think , learning German will make you employable, you are fooling yourself.
Like I said, as harsh as it sounds, look for a English speaking country. All the sucess story you hear, are exceptions. You cannot bet your future on exception.
