Angel Cruz Park have Lao and Cambodian vendors selling food everyday of the week. You have to find the right vendor that has the authentic Cambodian twako sausage. It has a slight sour flavor from the lime leaves and rice being fermented in the sausage mixture. You tried the Lao sausage, which is good as well. If you go to Angel Cruz Park in the middle of April, it's Cambodian New Years. There are more food vendors and it's a big celebration.

It's open to the public and definitely better than Angel Cruz Park. It has more food vendors, live Cambodian music, dancing and huge statues of the life of Buddha to look at. Bring extra cash to pay for parking and food/drinks.
The best beef stick is the guy with the white hair in the center, he's been there over 10 years and the first to sell. Friendly peopel. neighborhood market. Lol cracked the balut wrong. Lol you lost all the juice with is the good part.
I always thought it was only food vendors. Its more like a pop-up flea market/new year. 😂
