Great demo ... I just bought a used one this morning and minutes later Moog announces they released a small batch of new ones. Moog just called me back ... they are $995 and they only have 100 to sell. Mint used ones have been going for well over $1500. Here's the kicker ... the new batch is only available at Moog's store ... they will NOT ship.
Again, it would be extremely helpful to read the manufacturer's manual before your demos. Other than that, it's a great privileged to hear all this gear before purchasing! I am jealous of your ability to purchase/rent all this equipment. I love sounds!
That 'squiggly line' that you refer to is the sine wave, and what you call the sine wave is a triangle wave. Other than that, very fine demo. Cheers...
I love your demos, but your guitar sound is always very thin. Can you change the position of the microphone so that you get more bass, more mids and a bit of the room sound as well?
The parts are not manufactured anymore. They have to find the old chips. And this blows those pedals out of the water. The delay on this is just so rich and organic. Can't hold a candle to the others mentioned.
Really. Had no idea. Probably the best pedals. How typical german these pedals are. Precision, no beauty. I drive an Opel which is a german car. Same thing. :)
How does Moog still get away will selling these under powered pedals at such a ridiculous rate? Look at the offerings from Pigtronix, Electroharmonix, Eventide, etc and they blow this thing out of the water!
I have this pedal and it is by far the best sounding, most versatile delay pedal I have ever encountered.
the tone is amazing, far better than the eventide time factor.
Yes the Amount knob works like a Depth knob, and i believe it goes up to 800ms of delay time, plenty long for any tempo :)
thanks for this. its the best demo iv seen on this unit. I love your approach. And your improvisation !!

beautiful delay pedal, so many options and variables

LFO AMT stands for 'Low Frequency Oscillator amount'. It too is controllable via a pedal.
I was waiting for you to get this thing! Awesome!
the "squiggly line" is the sine wave.
Clockwise its:
Sine, saw, square, ramp down, ramp up, random
Great guitar clean sound
Funny Moog is 5 minutes from my home. I have a Cornish TES w/mod controls. How does the Moog compare. Enjoy your demos!

Can you make a demo with the switch set to short? I heard the delays are brighter that way and I am curious.
what is the sloest delay repeat you can do with that, can you do a video showing it? Thanks
great job ! probably one of the best Delay ever, wonderfull machine ! expensive anyway
thank you for the demo.
can you set the pedal in a way that only the delay signal is heared and the dry signal is silent?
Yes, by turning the Mix knob all the way to the right. All Wet.
Can you set the the delay time to say 'dotted 8th' notes, so when you tap at quarter notes, it still sets the delay rate to be dotted 8ths?
I love your demos, but your guitar sound is always very thin. Can you change the position of the microphone so that you get more bass, more mids and a bit of the room sound as well?
how do you like this compared to the moog super delay?
That's one big Mooger Fooger!!!
I loved the jams at the start. I ll check your channel to see if you jam. i doubut it?!
Why would this be any better than their current offerings
Can you do this one vs the El Capistan
I do not think that phrase means what you think it means ("Can't hold a candle to the others mentioned."). You like the pedal, right?
Oh, and Moog is pronounced like 'load' instead of 'mood'.
Okay, that's enough, I'll get off your case now. :)
How does it work on basses?
Moog, to me its more usable

Analog Delays Rule.
need
their asking around $1,550 for these now no way worth the money your better off buying a eventide timefactor any day and way cheaper
I can only imagine what our Lord and Savior, James Marshall Hendrix could've done with this type of equipment.
fred flinstone damn man that's true. with all thr crazy pedals today. if one musician I could bring bsck it would be him without a doubt.
you said moog wrong! moog like rogue homie
Short was short
Don't want to be that guy, but it's pronounced "Mogue" like rogue.
NICKHAM16 That's what I hate about English Lol. Exceptions exceptions exceptions. :)
clapton79 It's a German surname though lol
Really. Had no idea. Probably the best pedals. How typical german these pedals are. Precision, no beauty. I drive an Opel which is a german car. Same thing. :)
