And welcome to a new vlog about my life living in Sweden with schizophrenia!
This vlog is a bit different than my usual vlogs, but I wanted to try something different and perhaps a more personal vlog. I do what I usually do: bake and cook 😂 this time im baking a keto carrot cake with lemon frosting, it was delicious! ❤️ and as the title say, very chatty, I couldn't stop talking!

*Baking tin is the correct word apparently
we call that a springform baking pan in the US. When you can take it apart. Usually used for cheesecakes. 😁

Du er så sød 🥰😋 i am exactly the same with books. I literally have 3 books I just can’t finish. One is pride and prejudice which I always wanted to read, but now that I FINALLY own it, I don’t read it. Cause it’s so hard! They don’t even describe WHO is talking. So it can be too hard.

I grew up hearing cake pan (California), but I've heard people say baking form, tin and mold. I've never baked keto. Do you like any of the sugar alternatives or do you use regular sugar in keto? Your vlogs are not boring. On the contrary, they are refreshing like visiting a good friend. Hope you have a wonderful week!❤

I've bought the LOTR books and Hobbit, in English. I bought them in English on purpose, since that's the language it was written so it makes sense to read it 100% in the artistic intention. I love these books so far, I'm not an avid reader so I don't read too often but sometimes I get the sense of just how profound and insightful these books really are.
It definitely makes more sense to read a literary classic, than just some random book since those books have stood the test of time, but ultimately any book that captivates is good. I used to read a lot of horror books as a kid (which definitely shaped me in a weird way,) and sometimes I get that feeling of being lost in the pages I used to have, but now with the knowledge and experience of an adult.
Cool video, I definitely struggle to pay attention more in this one, but it's worth it to get through it and understand you better. After all you're the Big Vibe Kimberly! Hah!

Hi Kimberly! If someone hasnt told you already that is called a "springform' pan. Usually used for making cheesecakes. This was another great vlog! I love Edward, he's a little rascal! What if you put some plants or other books or some stuff on top of your bookcase? Maybe that would keep him away. LOL Again your cake looks delicious, I wish I could taste it! I tried reading Wuthering Heights when I was a teenager and didnt get past the first chapter, The writing syle was so different from Jane Eyre which I had read and loved. I just heard not too long ago that many people have trouble reading WH's so that made me feel better. I hated the writing and I am an American. I tried to read Jane Eyre again last year but couldnt get through it, it was so sad and tragic. As a teenager I was feeling as those emotions. My life is pretty boring too! Hope you find a good book to read! Im in a reading slump myself, so cant wait to get back. Im in the middle of To Kill A Mockingbird, a very good book.
