Great trip and awesome places you visited. Wow that fire tower on the highest peak is really something. I’ve been to the Black Hills twice but mostly just the usual touristy stops. The wife and I are planning to go out next spring and thru hike the Centennial Trail. Can’t wait!

Awesome trip! It's on my list. I was hoping we would get there this summer, but then I calculated the cost of just fuel and decided it could wait until next summer. We'll see where we are then.
It was cheaper for me to fly into Denver and get a rental car and drive to the trailhead than getting plane tickets to South Dakota. That loop we did was definitely worth it. Beautiful scenery everywhere you look

I've always said that if a person were to pass gas out of both ends at the same time, it would create an internal vacuum and cause you to implode! 🤣 Was that shaver ultralight? 🤔 Love that area, I hiked up there 3 years ago, need to get back. Rock on!
