Are you looking for custom mailer boxes for your business? In this video, I'll be sharing my experience with Packlane, a popular online service that lets you design and order personalized packaging for your products.
First off, I have to say that the quality of the boxes I received from Packlane was excellent. The printing was sharp and vibrant, the material felt sturdy and durable, and the overall design looked very professional. I was really impressed with how easy it was to use their design tool to create a custom box that perfectly fit my brand.
However, as a Canadian customer, I have to admit that the price of Packlane's service was a bit of a hurdle for me. The shipping costs alone were quite high, and when you factor in the exchange rate and potential duties and taxes, it can make it hard to justify the expense for smaller orders.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Packlane to anyone who wants high-quality, customized packaging for their products. If you're based in the United States or have a larger budget to work with, then I think the value is definitely there. But for Canadian customers like myself, you may need to weigh the benefits against the added cost.

Thanks for the comments! Our strategy is to test the waters with low quantities. If we see a spike in sales, and once we are established, we hope we can order larger quantities to reduce our costs with Packlane.

What dimension box did you end up with?

13.5" x 8.5 x 2". Then we have a shipping box that fits that box measured at 14.5" x 9.5" x 3.5".
