Kumasi suburbs are beautiful. Just that we need to redevelop Central Kumasi city with high rise towers and skyscrapers. I am waiting for that day. Asanteman tease
Kweku, My problem is the gutters. Most of them are open in a lot of places that are developing in Ghana. Also lmited sidewalk. Be observant u will realise it. Others country men especially the Nigerians tease us in areas like this. I pray something is done quickly about it. For the greenery, and maybe layout, we are doing well but the issue is what I have said. Thank u bro.
Yes, layout is quite picturesque & these are impressive, mighty houses, no doubt. The only minus point is the absence of pavements on the roads & the open gutters! The developers shd really consider going back to the drawing board & review this. Kwaku, you're doing an amazing job. Long may you continue & will defo share.😅 Good luck!🤞🏾🤞🏾🙏🏾
If the lands over there was cheap it would be sold out they waiting for the rich people and dispora to come and buy it everything is mansion mansion no small house😂 there pls
@@Kwakulove1 Ok, thanks! Is this near Denkyemuoso where my friend has a house but the neighborhood [particularly the tarred roads] is not as beautiful as those reflected in your clip?
Why are there open gutters? All over Ghana. Isn’t it dangerous for cars and pedestrians? Or do you think accidents don’t happen I don’t understand why we don’t take the pedestrian in mind when architects plan out these roads….

Yea, it’s close to Denkyemuoso…
This area, a full plot is $150,000 plus let alone a house
Is there a developer in charge of the area?
Yes

They have been fixed
Poor planning will the streets, n gutters
That is the whole Ghana and unfortunately they will not allow you to cover your potions
