I think what's happening in "Stage 6" of the transformation is that once the root-like infection has completely molded into a human form, it sheds the skin. Similar to how you put a clay mixture into a case that molds it into the figure you want. After it dries, you remove it from the case. Perhaps once the "infection" has its desired form it no longer needs to hide in its skin.

The boiled one phenomenon is the absolute worst (its very good tho) but that one left me petrified
So about that old footage of the man telling the other guy to change back that’s a clip from a movie where the guy is replaced with a serial killer twin
Starting to realize that Bloodborne is pretty much the same situation as these analog horrors and the only difference is the people of Yharnam decided to do something about it.
That and the whole mess was caused by humans trying to bring literal gods into existence....with shit results
The good ole folks of Yarnam tried to do something too, except they turned into unspeakable monstrosities 😢

What i can tell from the scripture from 5:21 is “ ????? from the creature. runner runner. ‘rWill killeth thee and thy family. ‘rWill cutteth thee to pieces. t looks like human” Not too sure about some places, I couldn’t really tell too much because the fuzz in the video. Hope this helped.
