I had a question regarding the Dentist call pathway. Some clinics use special built softwares for appointments, how is it possible to extract/connect the available slots from such softwares and connect them to the call to book directly !?
Hey! Our pleasure. We’ve walked that walk before, you’ll have to connect to their special softwares (OpenDental for example) via asking the dentist to enable access via the end vendor. They can be tricky to work with though.
