a 10amp cant do 3 charges on a modern phone no 10amp can. that's an old claim for like an iphone 6. its not possible to do 3 charges on newer phone its a math problem lol. if your phone has a 3.3amp battery that's 9.9amps to fully charge 3 times assuming 100% efficiency which is impossible.
