Chia seeds are a powerful superfood, packed with essential nutrients like fiber, protein, omega-3s, and various micronutrients. When added to water, chia seeds form a gel-like consistency that's amazing for digestion, hydration, weight loss, and so much more.
    In this video, we'll dive into the details of how chia water can:
    Support weight loss by promoting fullness and stabilizing blood sugar;
    Improve digestion by acting as a prebiotic for good gut bacteria;
    Keep you hydrated longer and provide sustained energy;

    Strengthen bones with minerals like calcium and magnesium;
    Fight free radicals with its high antioxidant content.

      @@keiththomas5496 shot of olive oil to just a pinch of chia seeds. If you go touch with chia seeds then you'll get diarrhea. Personally I won't do more than a quarter tsp of Chia seeds. Let the pinch of seeds soak a few minutes in the olive oil. They will swell. You can add water if you'd prefer with it. Half cup or so.

    They work best if you grind them up in a small coffee grinder.

    I see other video of people making chia seed water and I never thought twice about this for myself. But watching this video and learning some great information about this, I can't wait to try. Also I like a good challenge toward the end of this video, they people who never try this. To make a drink this once a day for 2 week and see what happens, so here I go 😂

    Do you have to grind them for the release of minerals or can you take them whole as they are?

    • @annawell2517
      @annawell2517 12 дней назад +3

      I always grind mine in a small coffee grinder!

    • @NaturalCures
      @NaturalCures  4 дня назад +1

      You do not need to grind them to release their nutrients. Chia seeds can be consumed whole and still offer their full benefits. When soaked in water, they form a gel-like substance around them, making them easier to digest and allowing the body to access their nutrients. This includes minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber. So, you can take them whole as they are in chia water, and still enjoy all the health benefits they have to offer.

    Can we soak flaxseed in water overnight and eat it next day because I heard that it’s better to eat ground flaxseed than whole flaxseed. Thanks 🙏

    • @NaturalCures
      @NaturalCures  4 дня назад +1

      Yes, you can soak flaxseeds in water overnight and eat them the next day. Soaking helps to soften the seeds, making them easier to digest. However, it's true that ground flaxseed is often recommended over whole flaxseed because the ground form is easier for the body to digest and absorb the nutrients more effectively. Whole flaxseeds may pass through the digestive system without being fully broken down, which means you might not get all the benefits. If you prefer to use whole flaxseeds, soaking them can help, but grinding them is generally considered the best way to ensure you receive their full nutritional value.
