Agree, It is the best 250cc Bikes available in India. Though from Price point, we also have the Triumph Speed 400, which bring a question of either a relaxed 400cc or Sprinty Duke 250cc.

When I did test ride of Duke 250 yesterday, it was stalling in 1st and 2nd gear. Did you notice this? I felt an absolute lack of power and need to twist to throttle more to move the bike from super low speeds. Rest of the power band is awesome. Please confirm

Let's say 6th gear, calm cruising, relaxed.....It will do 90kmph all day long and rpm hovers around 5500. Let's say if you were in a hurry and driving fast, 110kmph is doable and the motorcycle would feel almost at the limit on how fast we can cruise on public roads. Is 110kmph culturally acceptable? As for vibrations, it does have that. Around the handle bars at low rpms, foot pegs at mid rpms, and the chassis at high rpm. But the good thing is only one is active at any given rpm and the engine smoothens out when revs rise. The last 1000rpm is raw performance.

While they changed from DOHC to SOHC, it's also important to note how many valves it has. If it's 2 valves, the performance will be lower as single large valve will has lower area of surface compared to two smaller valves. If it's SOHC 4 valves, I don't think there will be significant changes. Hopefully we can see more video about this topic in the future.

KTM mentioned in their website that 820mm will be standard. I got it and now it's 800mm bringing my knees to hurt. They just simply lied about it in their website and now there's no news about the seat spacer. Why does Austria have to think that every Indian riders are short? I need that spacer from KTM as mentioned as a standard fitment.

The Pulsar N250 for someone who would want efficiency and performance that isn't necessarily exhilarating. The 250 Duke comes with explosive performance in comparison. The Speed 400 is performance oriented, feature-rich. All three have very accessible seat heights.

It is well known that Emil Jellinek named his car brand Mercedes after his daughter, but what is less well known is that Austrian engineer Hans Trunkenpolz had a daughter named Katheryn Emily, which was often shortened to Katy Em.

Duke 250 use high compression ratio this time, that's why I'm skeptical although I like the design, the price is just too much as it's also no match to Triumph speed/scrambler but in highway though, Dominar 400 can dust duke 250 disappearing away from duke 250 front view.

Not tried scrambler though. Couldn't comment. NS200 lacks road grip and fun which KTM offers. Forgot D 400 - I find no reason to buy, horrible to ride in city, Didnt find it good on corning or riding experience on touring. Maybe for someone looking for top speed or reliability(Mostly due to low compression ratio, Not sure though) in its price segment.
