My guess is that at one time they were going to put both Lock picks, and multitools in IW, but they scrapped the idea. Somehow the glitched "lock pick multitools" got into the game in a few areas (The Order Church being one of them). These glitched multitools don't stack with normal multi tools, so if your inventory is full you can't pick them up, and they duplicate.
no i was running it on xbox but i figured it out for the xbox ur inventory has to be full and you cannot have any multitools in your inventory or you will just pick it up and i had some multitools and it didn't work because i just kept picking that one back up so yea. nice vid though and thanx for the glitch :P
The problem with this glitch is that the duplicate multi tools don't stack with the vast ammount of normal multi tools. This means, you will have 20 multitools from the church, but you can't pick up anymore normal multi tools outside of the church unless you make another slot. PS: I think this also works in the Skyline apartments, if you can't pick up the multitool near the elevator, duplicates will be summoned on the roof with the bulldog robot.
