56:00 I think you might be skipping a step of the learning a new spell process. You can't just learn any spell on the list for that money, you have to have a scroll or another wizard's spell book or something with that specific spell, and THEN you can spend that money to learn it and add it to your own spellbook. So you're dependant on what spells are available to buy or as loot in your campaign. Wizards are very powerful, but it's not always easy to build one in advance.
