YaY! Yoga with Adrienne. As a 75 year old with arthritis and a disk problem and no telling what else, I love yoga first thing in the AM to stretch everything. It takes an hour and sometimes Adrienne is there with me (virtually so). As are you. Love your channel.

I lived in Carbis Bay last year and my bro and his girlfriend came to visit in the summer. They got engaged in St Ives and so I was the first person they told! The best way to keep your opal healthy is mineral oil and a shammy, cause they are actually a gel, so weekly or monthly leave it wrapped overnight. When you get pregnant have the claws checked, and if the claws may scratch you child wrap it up until the diaper stage is over, It will be stronger. Dish water and cleaning fluids will really damage the opal, I love opals!

Loved hearing the story of the proposal, made me tear up! My husband and I got married after 9 years (1 child and another on the way!) and he proposed in Tesco carpark (romantic!) In fact he just told me we were going to get married 😂 didn't even ask(we had both wanted to but not wanted a wedding). We have been together 25 years this year and I hope you will be just as happy!

Just a quick tip, be careful with the opal! Opals scratch/crack SUPER easily, so it's best to take off your ring if you're doing anything reasonably intensive with your hands
