Have your U.K. friend buy some of the Jamaican coins that are brass on the outer ring and silver on the center part to have as souvenirs to pass out to his friends. Also go to a Toyota Dealership and buy the black plastic outer cover for license plates that say (Toyota Jamaica) for souvenirs to put on his or friends cars. I did this for my U.S. car, I get lots of comments!

@@lengmuzik6333 Dentists here do limited work on teeth! Cosmetic work is of a very poor standard on the NHS! There is also a shortage of dentists and it's hard to even get an emergency appointment! My nephew paid himself out of the army almost 5 years ago! He is now unemployed and unable to pay for treatment!- He has been waiting 3 and half years for an extraction of a wisdom tooth that he has had several infections in leading to abscesses!
