Tens of thousands of protesters have taken to the streets across America again. Peaceful demonstrations Sunday against police killings of black people have been overshadowed by unrest that quickly ravaged parts of cities from Pennsylvania to California. A truck driver drove into demonstrators in Minneapolis nearly a week after George Floyd pleaded with an officer pressing a knee into his neck that he could not breathe. Protests sprang up from Boston to Los Angeles. Officials say protesters in Philadelphia hurled rocks and Molotov cocktails at police, while masked crowds broke into upscale stores in a San Francisco suburb and fled with bags of merchandise. (AP)

A good way to stop all this is to stop all forms of government paychecks after arrest, if they are students no more student loans, no more unemployment checks, no government checks of any kind once arrested, they cannot have food stamps, any form of public tax help. If any individual is breaking the law during a protest then they have NO right to any tax money or help. Most of these folks have been given too much for doing nothing and are no longer contributing part of our communities.

As a man of color and civil servant, shame on you Chief Hahn. What about Dayshawn McHolder? Was that part of the normal protesting we see around the capital? He is a 18 year peaceful protestor who was shot in the jaw on May 30th by one of your police officers with a rubber bullet and it shattered his jaw. If you are truly here to serve the public then that officer needs to be held accountable and criminally charged for firing upon an peaceful protestor. Nothing Dayshawn could justify this brutality.

I never had bad experience with police. Only good ones. They are here to protect us. My suggestion is people don't know how to act in situations like that. I think people just need to follow policeman orders and let them to figure out later who YOU are. And what's going on. Then police officers will not need to push you. In danger they do not have choice. It is my opinion. And I don't think I wAnt my son do this job. Being in danger all the times to safe our lives. Most respect to police. Thank YOU guys
