Grilled sausages

Pan griddle 24cm
Cooking time: 10’
Ingredients:
4 sausages with leek
Execution:
• Over medium heat, pre-heat the pan with the audiotherm set to ‘steak’.
• Add the sausages pat dried
Variation 1
Close the lid, open after 1’ and turn the sausages, repeat this process 4 times and close the lid lowering the heat for 7-10’.
Variation 2
Wait till the cook with open lid over medium heat.
