I gotta say that's pretty ballsy. I had a Walmart bike for a brief period, and my rear wheel fell off while pedaling downhill on a smooth street... I'd even tuned and tightened everything. I decided never again after that.
My buddy and I were like two chairs ahead of you on your way up to film this. We were about to leave when you came down the ramp and we heard the SQUEEAAAAK. My buddy said "Hey that sounds like my brakes." I turned around, saw the bike, and said "Except your brakes weren't made by Huffy" haha. Didn't realize it was you, said "That guy is dead" and we left lol.
The bar twist reminds me of a video I saw of the origins of mountain biking. They used to modify schwinn paperboy bikes with extra gears and fly down gravel roads and such. In a race called the repack a chick crashed her bike, twisting the handlebars to one side in the process. She got up, kicked the handles until it was sort of straight, and kept racing. All well before helmets and suspensions. What a legend
I'm not sure if actually doing this test makes you incredibly brave or incredibly stupid, but rest assured, this was super entertaining! Great job staying alive!

Dude last summer I rode this park on my hardtail. It was an absolute blast. I recognized it immediately when you got onto the double black jump trail. I managed to blast through that entire double black on my hardtail and it was the most fun thing I've ever done on a bike. Thunder Mountain Bike Park man, on even a decent bike ABSOLUTELY FRIGGIN' AMAZING.
Probably because I bet they think anyone who believes these bikes were designed for extreme sports are nuts lol,They are designed for casual riding around town, park or some flat trails.
odd this pops up 3 yrs later. DAMN you got some stones bro... I had a huffy as a kid. They spot welded the frame rear chain stays. These came apart while riding.. I was lucky to lose a bit of skin, bumps and bruising. No huffy experiment for me. Glad you made it down in one piece.
This was such a great and fun video to watch. Thanks for the experiencie man!!! As for the bikes, I think they're great to get into the sport, when you're getting used to the terrains, the obstacles and other stuff that you're most probably afraid of at the beggining. As time goes by, one gets more experienced and start riding on more complex terrain, that's when you wanna check for better bikes.
DiamondBack Cooper, 180mm of travel, and for $2k its a good way to get into this kind of riding. Though I'd have the stock neon green color changed, but that's just me :D.
This was the best Walmart bike comercial ever. I must admit it is a very nice looking bike. the average consumer will never go down a "Double Black Diamond" Trail, for most people that would be considered suicide.
Thank you for risking life and limb to bring us the viewers an awesome video. I have been down the cheap and nasty dual suspension road with an Apollo Magna, sold it on and bought an IronHorse 7point3, a dinosaur by today's standards but a beast of a bike.
Truth be told I have owned the same bike and out of the lot it only fell short of almost twice as pricey Mongoose black and orange themed thing. Obviously I returned them after a while and bought them for fun anyways. Every single bike sold at Walmart is crap :)
I just got into mountain biking and i was on a budget so i got myself a Roadmaster Granite Peak. ran me about 100$ with warranty at Walmart. Ive had none of the problems that Phil had with his Huffy. In fact, on tougher trails and bigger jumps, the only problem I've noticed is that the brakes become misaligned every couple rides. It is a heavy bastard and I can't say its remotely comfortable, but it has withstood ordeals that nearly left myself in need of repairs. I just wanted to throw my opinion out there because I know there arent many decent looking choices out there under 300$ and I would hate for someone to forgo something as fun as MTB because of the price threshold, as intimidating as it does seem.
+Nathan Sher I should've mentioned that. I spent too long on CL looking at bikes and there was always a deal breaker that deterred me, but there were such great deals! especially if you're a woman or kid. definitely hit CL first.
You can still have fun mountain biking on cheap bikes, but it's when you want to push yourself and take things more seriously when you should spend the bigger bucks. Safety also plays a factor.
+Jack Aldred Yeah you can. you just need to become pretty good at performing repairs and preventive maintenance. I definitely have had several parts come off of a fairly expensive Nishiki when pushing it too hard. cheaper bikes will fail, you just need to know how to fix em.
As an old guy mtn biker..... that was probably the best Balls to the Walls “ hairball” rode I’ve ever seen. You definitely have mad skills and way bigger ones the most Everyone watching this. I geared up laughing too hard. Thanks brolini
I bought a Schwinn Al Comp from Walmart. The handlebars rotated on a smooth greenway path. The threads in the stem were stripped by whoever assembled it. The derailleur was not adjusted so I could only use one front sprocket. I took that bike back the next day. I go back a week later, the exact bike is back on the shelf. None of the issues were corrected.
@@jort93z nope. Steel is quiet popular with enthusiasts. Just that this is probably some low quality steel and the width of the tubing is probably double that of normal aluminium frames.
Your "Speech" Shouldn't be an issue (Given you're trying to educate uneducated MTB enthusiasts) Thank you for the video! I have to say I will def not go cheap on my bikes in the future & Will stay Far away from those bikes LOL
This video shows a rider makes the bike! Thanks for the review, i bought the Kent from WM and will never see trails like that. You did great on a so so bike. You actually made it look fun!
Generic Girl The stem is soldered, so you can't change it, and overtightening the handlebars would probably compromise the components involved, given the quality of the materials 💔
This video now has some age to it… but it doesn’t get old. Love the production, love the narration. And it’s classy that you totally don’t hate on the Huffy. My son races DH and this makes his $6k bike more palatable. Too bad his bikes last a max of 2 seasons. A few have only made it one.
you are lucky, i got a $100 mountain bike from target as a joke. i was messing around with it doing some higher sped wheelies. when the front wheel came down, the suspension bottomed out, and the rim proceeded to shatter, sending my flying over the handle bars and into the pavement. i ended up dislocating my arm and sliding down the street on the dislocated arm. took about a year for my shoulder to stop hurting. never doing that again
+zeus lim you would have a hard time finding a new fork that is not tapered, since the huffy users an older style fork. After that you'd still want disk brakes to stop a bike so heavy, which would require different wheels since you'd need hubs that have the disk brakes mounts. Essentially you could, but there's a lot of things that really need to be upgraded you'd be better off buying something used.
It's fairly easy to get a fork with a straight steerer tube as long as it is an inch and and eighth but the fork would easily cost more than the bike did originally. There's some forks as cheap as $200 from Suntour but a fork even reasonably capable of doing a trail like this is going to start at the $500 mark new. After that it is like you said, new brakes ($120 ish for disk), new wheel (Another $90 at least, but it's a plus bike so maybe more), a new stem ($30), and a new handlebar at $50. So that's just a cool $760 to make the bike semi safe, but certainly not a high performer.
zeus lim I was thinking the same thing. But then remembered the wheels are likely crap and would be destroyed in a day of riding. By the time you put decent parts on it you may as well have just bought a used bike that's quality and just a few years old.
And Stem. And new brakes, too. The cheapest alloy brakeset runs at $25 but you might want to "splurge" and get a better linear pull system at $40-ish, then $20 for pads. Plus you'd probably want a better shock on the rear, which isn't cheap. The wheels will give out, too, and it's possible the reason he fell was the bearings got squashed and seized for a moment, throwing him over the handlebars. You see that wheel doesn't even spin when it gets the weight put on it when landing from the jump; I think those bearings got squished. If the hub/bearings/cups stay in okay shape, there's also keeping the rim straight and spokes tensioned properly. A new wheelset will soon be needed, either through axle failure (freewheel driven with too much strain) or through rim failure, whichever comes first. For the new wheel, you would want it to be a cassette driven, thanks to that system having a stronger axle, and double-wall rims. If you have a casstte drive, though, I think that will bump you to more speeds minimum, so then you'll need new shifting and cables, and cog too. You could theoretically go very cheap friction shifting fingertip, but gripshift is safer since you're liable to go over the handlebars. A good set won't run TOO much, but it's adding up towards what you'd spend on a good used MTB or even an entry-level MTB from a much more reputable maker. And that's still a VERY heavy bike that won't jump very well, with loads of other parts that are prone to violent, sudden, and possibly injurious failure.
+Don Griner damn! We will be so close but so far. We are actually in an RV headed west to Golden BC and currently going through Wisconsin but we won't be able to make it to tamarack. But thanks for the recommendation I want to explore that area of the country.

A friend of mine started off with a bike from Walmart. He later upgraded the sprocket and brakes. He also fabricated a lift kit to give it a full 12" of travel. He has now had it for at least 14 years...

I just got into mountain biking at 33ish. just get a bike and ride. talk to local shops about what you want from biking and ask about used bikes if you are unsure about getting into the sport. check out my channel and you can see what a 34 year old noob is able to learn in less the. 2 years of riding.
Hello! I am a 32 year old frumpy woman who started riding about 3 years ago on a hardtail Costco bike lol. But I loved it so much and now I am on a full-suspension Transition Smuggler. I have ridden all kinds of trails including some downhill stuff like Sandy Ridge and Post Canyon in Oregon and Capitol Forest in Washington. I mostly ride XC style locally though, and I love the challenge of rooty, twisty trails. It helps to find friends to ride with. Check facebook for local mountain bike groups and join them on beginner rides. Most clubs are pretty friendly toward new folks. You can do it! Just get a bike and go!
But what about the ~$350 bikes? 90% wont or cant spend $1000+ for a proper bike. How well do they hold up? Especially since bikes like the Carrera vulcan get excellent reviews for the price and weight nowhere near to 55pounds...
All the big bike companies seem to be making impressive sub-$500 bikes. I have a Cannondale Catalyst I got for $379. I've put about 500 miles on it with 100 of those being *moderate* trails, and the only issue I've really had is rear derailleur related. It's pretty solid and has impressed me but it's probably a lot heavier at 39 lbs than a real professional bike.
When you are in the $350 price range, you are already talking about bikes from a reputable bike shop. A shop that will talk to you about the bikes, knows about them, cares about them, and backs them up. My bike shop has employees that actually ride, it isn't a minimum wage job they have that is better then McDonald's.
That's a ridiculous statement. You can't define proper. I shoot with $10k worth of photography gear, some of my students have $200 cameras. They don't need to find a different hobby or work harder and save, they need to understand the abilities and limitations of what they do have and how to work within those parameters. This goes for any hobby.
MADelectriCITY That's pretty short sighted. There is plenty of fun to be had on cheaper equipment. Your elitist attitude is why people think cyclists are stuck up.
I bought my daughter a bike at Kmart. The brakes would not stop her coming down hills. I read owners manual after trying to adjust them. The manual said “do not ride down hills”! Returned it and bought a proper bike at a bike shop.
it's decent enough for casually riding around the block or something, but they shouldn't claim that it's trail worthy if it isn't. Not sure I would trust this bike, even just for a more casual ride through the woods.
@@hardcorebeaver even then, the brakepads where fully worn when he reached the bottom, not a year and you would spend more money maintaining this bike than just buying something better in the first place.
+Evan Hasson yeah, but it was aluminum complete with carbon fibre fork etc. not a downhill sled haha. I believe it was a huffy supercharger, but only said huffy in white and red.
you should have got a mongoose. they will hold up on a trail. i started on one and i was 230 lb. u should do it a again with a walmart mongoose. but before i got it i had a huffy and it didnt even hold up on the street.
+Phil Kmetz MTB I disagree because that one run cost you $180 so 10 runs up there would be $1800. That would be a price of a bike that could actually handle that stuff.
+Suckcessful yeah but I think if it held up to that someone not sure if they wanted to start mtb would be in there range. doubt they will be hitting black diamonds with it. this is also better then renting a bike at that price point because after you rent a bike for 180$ (ish) you will not be happy till you end up back on a crazy high end bike. I started on a Wal-Mart bike and have since upgraded twice. This last week I rented a entry level bike in NH(town was not very mtb friendly) and this bike that retailed for $500+ was not a whole lot better then my Wal-Mart bike. that being said having the WM bike first made riding this thing far less sketchy. moral of the story if you have a cheap bike treat it as such and you can enjoy it and it will last. my walgoose is still being ridden today though not much left on it is stock.
That was amazing you have brass ones I can’t believe you still went down the trail after falling on that P.O.S I was scared for you. I thought Dylan Stark was insane but not even close. Mind blown mad props
It wasn't always that way, I bought a Huffy 10 speed mountain bike in 1990 when they were still made in the USA. I still ride it. And it didn't set me back several hundred dollars.
I award you a Mountain Biking Medal of Honor for surviving your run on the Walmart bike. Very fun to watch even though I cringed a bit after you lost the brakes. That $180 bike is fine for pavement and smooth dirt roads.
Great to see someone who does a test video ACTUALLY tuning the bike up, before he tears it up! Most of the videos, it feels like they don't even check air pressure.

+DaBears08 seth is a better technical rider while phil is a superior trail rider in my opinion they would just have to do multiple tests that focus on different parts of the sport
I would love to see this test with a mix of both trail and trials type riding so both riders could shine.
agree it would be a nice challenge
Best bang for the buck for a department store bike would be the Mongoose XR Pro, with a few upgrades there pretty nice bikes for the price.
I gotta say that's pretty ballsy. I had a Walmart bike for a brief period, and my rear wheel fell off while pedaling downhill on a smooth street... I'd even tuned and tightened everything. I decided never again after that.
Ur lucky it was the rear wheel my friend.
I almost peed my pants watching this!! You have a steel set, sir!! (Salute)
Next video: North Korean Unicycle. On fire. At night.
Probably be safer than that huffy lol
Jackson Buresh no... in a thunderstorm!
+bad news haha that's too awesome. You guys were funny. I'm glad you left this comment.
I'd go with the latter. But I really wanted to know the answer.
+Phil Kmetz MTB u got a lot of gusts boss I'm going to Amelia soon so imma see if my bike will hold up ik it will so I'm not even go say hopefully it will
I grew up on wal-mart bikes, these bikes are made to look good while riding in the street. That's about it.
163+ thumbs down were the department store bike owners
Probably because I bet they think anyone who believes these bikes were designed for extreme sports are nuts lol,They are designed for casual riding around town, park or some flat trails.
Strelok 762 ahahahah 😂

i dislike.
We shall execute them
right when it said "thank you for silenceing your cellphone" i got 4 messages

+Ezra Kainz i silenced my phone and at the same time the video went quiet
+Christ On A Mtb lol
I love you for your perfect combination of skills, finesse and utter disrespect for your own life.
odd this pops up 3 yrs later. DAMN you got some stones bro... I had a huffy as a kid. They spot welded the frame rear chain stays. These came apart while riding.. I was lucky to lose a bit of skin, bumps and bruising. No huffy experiment for me. Glad you made it down in one piece.
1:04 THAT WAS YOU I was trying to find who did it that was bad ass
This was such a great and fun video to watch. Thanks for the experiencie man!!!
As for the bikes, I think they're great to get into the sport, when you're getting used to the terrains, the obstacles and other stuff that you're most probably afraid of at the beggining. As time goes by, one gets more experienced and start riding on more complex terrain, that's when you wanna check for better bikes.
Phil: it was fun to ride the bike
litterally 2 seconds ago
Phil: i have never been so happy to reach the bottom of a trail before
Huffy: You gonna be “Huffing” more than usual when you use this bike.
This video is a service to all of humanity. Thank you for your contribution!
Did you really say this bike is 55 pounds, 24kg? That is ridiculous!
Yup! Technically it's 54.1lvs. Wit either way, ridiculously heavy.
Phil Kmetz MTB Wow, and I'm complaining with mine being 14kg haha. What do you think is the least you could pay for a good bike for trails like these?
DiamondBack Cooper, 180mm of travel, and for $2k its a good way to get into this kind of riding. Though I'd have the stock neon green color changed, but that's just me :D.
+Sphoxros thanks but $2k? What about a hard tail?
A good hard tail will run you between 700ish to over 2k, depending on the brand. The Cooper though is a good starting point for DH type of riding.
This was the best Walmart bike comercial ever. I must admit it is a very nice looking bike. the average consumer will never go down a "Double Black Diamond" Trail, for most people that would be considered suicide.
And for good reason, as evidenced!
ara mieg most people that buy walmart bikes don't even ride them. They hang in the garage.
Thank you for risking life and limb to bring us the viewers an awesome video.
I have been down the cheap and nasty dual suspension road with an Apollo Magna, sold it on and bought an IronHorse 7point3, a dinosaur by today's standards but a beast of a bike.
0:15 bottom right corner that is my Roadmaster "Granite Peaks"! That is the best $89 dollar bike I've ever owned!
Truth be told I have owned the same bike and out of the lot it only fell short of almost twice as pricey Mongoose black and orange themed thing. Obviously I returned them after a while and bought them for fun anyways. Every single bike sold at Walmart is crap :)
@@HHalcyon the black and orange bike is a mongoose rebel
Craig's list is the best option. after being talked out of a Wal-Mart bike, I found a Giant for 75 bucks.
Highly doubt you were on "tougher trails and bigger jumps"
+Jack Aldred Yeah you can. you just need to become pretty good at performing repairs and preventive maintenance. I definitely have had several parts come off of a fairly expensive Nishiki when pushing it too hard. cheaper bikes will fail, you just need to know how to fix em.
As an old guy mtn biker..... that was probably the best Balls to the Walls “ hairball” rode I’ve ever seen. You definitely have mad skills and way bigger ones the most Everyone watching this. I geared up laughing too hard. Thanks brolini
I was scared for you.
Well you worry to much
There's a sandwich on your seat 0:53
+Tis' Brulio and a beer bottle on the kick stand. My friends were messing with me that day.
no those are the new huffy seats they're. comfy
Loooooool
Skills With Phil i was just about to say it dude come on
I bought a Schwinn Al Comp from Walmart.
0:54 sandwich on the seat😂😂😂😂
Could You Make A Part 2 With A Different Walmart Bike?
A testament to your skill, getting out of those precarious situations.
That was suicide
i swear, you can start a turkey farm with that bike...
+AlexandreHimself want to be my business partner? We could make big money come thanksgiving 😂
Do you still have that blue and red trek ?
phill can u do a video on how much more can u upgrade in the huffy i would love watcht he frame being good n better brakes nall gear fork
Two years later this might be the best video on RUclips. The brake squeal sounded like your soul saying "UNCLE"
can you do an after math video of this bike?
Jamison Bunch after math 1+1=2
2+2 is 4 minus1 is 3 quick mafths
Better brake pads and a new stem and you're good to go!
NO
step 1: buy this bike
step 2: strip everything off bike except for the frame
step 3: pimp the bike out
step 4: profit?
CosmicBrownie $179 for a heavy bike frame?
I mean, its a steel frame. I think any proper mountainbike would have an aluminium frame, right?
@@jort93z nope. Steel is quiet popular with enthusiasts. Just that this is probably some low quality steel and the width of the tubing is probably double that of normal aluminium frames.
Wow! Well that answered ALL my questions!! Thank you so much! Also demonstrates your mastery skill level, of course!
0:26 Beer On The Kickstand!
😂
Your "Speech" Shouldn't be an issue (Given you're trying to educate uneducated MTB enthusiasts) Thank you for the video! I have to say I will def not go cheap on my bikes in the future & Will stay Far away from those bikes LOL
This video shows a rider makes the bike! Thanks for the review, i bought the Kent from WM and will never see trails like that. You did great on a so so bike. You actually made it look fun!
hey bud nice review , only thing would have been to get a shorter stem & clamp the handlebar tighter
Generic Girl
The stem is soldered, so you can't change it, and overtightening the handlebars would probably compromise the components involved, given the quality of the materials 💔
Use threadlocker. Loctite 242 or the like, and observe its curing time of about 24hrs.
I think it's named "carnage" for a reason.
This video now has some age to it… but it doesn’t get old. Love the production, love the narration. And it’s classy that you totally don’t hate on the Huffy. My son races DH and this makes his $6k bike more palatable. Too bad his bikes last a max of 2 seasons. A few have only made it one.
I think the scariest part of this is the rim brakes. How can a bike weigh 55 lbs?!
Gas pipes!
Just got my brake caliper replaced and it cost $20 less than that bike.
I always wondered if those bikes would hold up and now I know! Thanks for the great video and glad you didn't get hurt!
you are lucky, i got a $100 mountain bike from target as a joke. i was messing around with it doing some higher sped wheelies. when the front wheel came down, the suspension bottomed out, and the rim proceeded to shatter, sending my flying over the handle bars and into the pavement. i ended up dislocating my arm and sliding down the street on the dislocated arm. took about a year for my shoulder to stop hurting. never doing that again
+przybylason luckily the wheels were the only part of the bike I had confidence in.
so, if you change the brakes , fork and handlebars, it should work right?
Just put a Shimano V Brakes and youŕe ready to go again.
Hey, is that a Huffy? That's a nice lookin bike, boy!
Of course Mr Bubz would say that... lol
Such a great idea for a video... Can someone tell me the location where this was filmed?
+Don Griner thunder Mountain bike park. It's located in Massachusetts (USA).
+Phil Kmetz MTB thanks! If you're ever on the left coast, you gotta check out Tamarack in Idaho...
+Don Griner damn! We will be so close but so far. We are actually in an RV headed west to Golden BC and currently going through Wisconsin but we won't be able to make it to tamarack. But thanks for the recommendation I want to explore that area of the country.
dude are you going through Minnesota?
I was, I'm at Kickinghorse in Golden BC right. We were doing 1000 mile days.
If you're looking for a bike that is reasonably priced that can handle this kind of riding check out this video.

Skills With Phil oh sick
Skills With Phil
A friend of mine started off with a bike from Walmart. He later upgraded the sprocket and brakes. He also fabricated a lift kit to give it a full 12" of travel. He has now had it for at least 14 years...
I love your videos Phil. This one still cracks me up!!!
I wish I would have seen this before I bought that bike...
now I have a "bike" with no brake's,derailer and only one tire on the front
I really abused that bike ;( R.I.P huffy walmart bike, Nov. 2016- Jan. 2017
Impressive real world action right there. Looks like someone who turned pro and was not ashamed to go back to his roots. Man Of The People, For The People.Kudo's to you "Sir Phil" Knight on a bike
Can a 31 year old frumpy woman get into mountain biking? And how?
Heck yea. Anyone can
Just start riding. Anywhere you can, any bike you can get your hands on.
I just got into mountain biking at 33ish. just get a bike and ride. talk to local shops about what you want from biking and ask about used bikes if you are unsure about getting into the sport. check out my channel and you can see what a 34 year old noob is able to learn in less the. 2 years of riding.
I see plenty of women over your age on the trails. Usually on full suspension Treks.
If you can't afford the proper tool, find a different hobby or start working harder and saving.
Returned it and bought a proper bike at a bike shop.
good,
when the go pro is worth more than that bike
So, the bike should be fine for 99% of people that buy it. Good to know.
it's decent enough for casually riding around the block or something, but they shouldn't claim that it's trail worthy if it isn't. Not sure I would trust this bike, even just for a more casual ride through the woods.
@@rfldss89 I think they mean light trail rated, not double black Diamond trails.
@@hardcorebeaver even then, the brakepads where fully worn when he reached the bottom, not a year and you would spend more money maintaining this bike than just buying something better in the first place.
@@rfldss89 lol dude that trail takes a toll on the most expensive of bikes, of course it's going to completely ruin a cheap bike
@@jakecole7447 put better pads/rotors on it. Send it.
Skills With Phil Nice video! Thanks for sharing. You have a great and positive attitude as well.
55 fucking pounds 😂😂
Hmm. Not quite the 8 lb Hiffy race bike I raced in my BMX days.. Lol
+Ray Kingsbury seriously
+Evan Hasson yeah, but it was aluminum complete with carbon fibre fork etc. not a downhill sled haha. I believe it was a huffy supercharger, but only said huffy in white and red.
My Xam is a tank at 36 pounds...55 is borderline obese.
yeah, i think that's an exaggeration. it may have been close to 35 - 40 lbs
you should have got a mongoose. they will hold up on a trail. i started on one and i was 230 lb. u should do it a again with a walmart mongoose. but before i got it i had a huffy and it didnt even hold up on the street.
The mongooses are heavier than all hell but for good reason. They do last.
Moongeese? Mangoes?
Mongoosen.
He was testing a Huffy, he probably has a great mountian bike already.... hence the title will a Huffy mountian bike survive?.
+SgtPiggie Oh, good one.
You did astonishing .. going on that track with that bike.. happy you saw the finish line in one piece ..
Living up to its name isn't necessarily a good thing.
I'm sorry did I hear 55lbs ?
I loved the way you said a smarter person would have! Just for that you get a thumbs UP!
the bike is pretty shit but i have to admit that paintjob is cool as hell!
+Martin Catanes agreed but for 179 it's hard to complain.
55 pounds!
That was amazing you have brass ones I can’t believe you still went down the trail after falling on that P.O.S I was scared for you. I thought Dylan Stark was insane but not even close. Mind blown mad props
crap bike great rider. +1
Huffys always have an always will be junk bikes.
It wasn't always that way, I bought a Huffy 10 speed mountain bike in 1990 when they were still made in the USA. I still ride it. And it didn't set me back several hundred dollars.
Dude, you have balls of steel. Respect.
get a target bike
I award you a Mountain Biking Medal of Honor for surviving your run on the Walmart bike. Very fun to watch even though I cringed a bit after you lost the brakes. That $180 bike is fine for pavement and smooth dirt roads.
Great to see someone who does a test video ACTUALLY tuning the bike up, before he tears it up! Most of the videos, it feels like they don't even check air pressure.
This was beautiful. I loved every second of it.
Thank you for making such a high quality video about this topic. I was wondering how a wallmart bike would do on a trail for a while now.
😂😂😂😂😂😂thank you for taking one for the team, you got me as a subscriber,
