Only the new batches come with the new shoelace like the right one. And come with an extra shoelaces. The old batch doesn’t come with extra pair shoelaces. you say one is finer over another was because you knew which one is real and which isn't. Also, fake buyers normally well know their products are fakes, they just don't bother.
Authentic luxury designer shoes will never have labels or stickers with Chinese characters on their boxes, not even in China. These are usually low tier replica. If you see a sticker like that and the shoe smells weird, just return them if you actually want authentic shoes.

They recently changed their logo. Check out the logo on the official website to see that the c is no longer inside the Q
