Esthetician here! The LED light mask is normally very safe and widely used in facial treatments. As I’ve seen many LED masks, this felt a bit on the “cheaply made” side, which could mean a harsher light, but not all the time. Also, if you’re skin isn’t used it it, there could be some slight erythema (redness) forming. No fear though, it just means your skin is stimulating and there’s blood flowing! I would keep using it in all the colours since the best results form after long use. Love your videos! 💜
@@sophielouuuise Also, LED lights shouldn't produce any heat so if you felt warmth that's a little weird and probably what made your skin a little red (just from blood flow). I'm sure it's completely fine to use though
Some girly advice: Use the tampons on your heaviest day and make sure it's saturated when you take it out so it doesn't hurt, or even pee first and then take it out. Still wear a pantiliner just in case you pick the wrong size at first. Best of luck!
Also, just to add to this, don’t put it in all the way to the end of the applicator. Put it up until the end of the thicker bit- that way you know it’s securely in the right place as it’s the size of the tampon itself rather than the stick too. That’s just to help you push it in ☺️☺️
@@SpookyScaryMakeup in the uk we can get with and without the applicator, but at a young age most girls aren’t shown the ones without. So they don’t learn to use them till they’re a fair bit older and also some girls just aren’t able to use them without the applicator.
Hey Soph, dunno if you're gonna read this but I just wanted to give some advice on tattoos - if you want one, go for it. i know you're terrified of needles, I am too, but tattoo needles are completely different to surgical needles. you won't be able to see the actual needles and your face won't be anywhere the tattooers hand. (especially now with covid) For your first tattoo, don't go with a wrist tattoo. it's incredibly sensitive and it'll bleed alot, which along with your needle phobia, will probably freak you out. Get a tiny little tattoo somewhere that's easily hidden. go for it, 100%. Im deathly afraid of needles, and have nearly 30 tattoos :)

I've been really struggling lately, a few of my chronic medical conditions are flaring, leaving me practically bedridden which makes my anxiety & depression worse but every time you upload it brightens my day & takes my mind off of how awful I feel.
I absolutely swear by the Daye CBD tampons. I'm 27 and had never used tampons in my life but I've recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis so as you can imagine, my pain is unbearable. I literally can't live without the Daye CBD tampons now that I've tried them. They are a literal life saver for me!
I highly recommend testing out WUKA period pants in the period product video!! I've recently started using them and I love them so much, so so much more comfortable than wearing a pad, especially at night! WUKA is such a great brand as well, and their products are really affordable, especially the basics range (though the ultimate bikini is my fave style)! For your period video if you're trying tampons I'd definitely recommend trying non-applicator tampons too. Some people don't like them as you have to push them in yourself, but personally I find that gives you way more control than an applicator and they feel a lot more comfortable once in too!

Hey Sophie, really love your videos, I just have a suggestion. When you do these videos and include things that would take time to see a difference (e.g. skin care/hair care/teeth whitening), it would be nice if we could see the whole process. I remember in past videos where you've said 'obviously I cant see results yet after one try' and I think if you could actually show the process, the video would be more helpful. I'm not going to know if a product is worth buying if I've only seen someone use it once and don't know if it works. Personally I think putting more time into one video and getting to see the results is better than seeing 2 videos where you'd only test the item once.
I love my Luxskin LED mask, it's really uncomfortable at first and left marks on my face but it's ok now I've been using it a while. My fave video that you've done yet !! Ahh I love your channel 🤗 you are so much more "at ease" in your gaming chair, you seem so much happier in this vibe you've found with gaming and such. I love itttt!
Hi Sophie! You don't need to put the applicator of the tampon in in. Just need to pop it a little bit. You'll have to do it a couple times because the angle at which you put it in is important thus why I'd recommend popping it in with one leg up on a chair or bed or whatever. At least for the first few times you do it. You'll know if it isn't in properly because you'll be very aware that it's there when this happens I just get a clean finger and gently push the tampon in a bit further and gently forward or back depending on if it feels like there's excess pressure to one side or the other. A lot of the ways people mess up putting tampons in is either putting it too far or too shallow. Or by it being at the wrong angle. The angle issue is just that you want to point it towards your tail bone, not straight upwards. How far in however is completely down to your own body so it takes some experimentation. Best of luck on your little sanitary product journey! And whatever you're most comfortable with please do stick with and know there's nothing wrong with whatever products you use (For example peoples stigma against pads, but I myself can't use anything else anymore because I have fibromyalgia and tampons and cups hurt too much nowadays, but used to be fine) it's all about your comfort. There's nothing wrong about any option you decide on. (This goes for anyone who may be reading this 💕)

Aww yay! 🥰
Wait same lol
To use the tampon you insert the top half in and then instead of holding the top half (which would actually be inside you so this wouldn't work) and pulling it down, you push the bottom part up. Basically like a syringe. Sort of like injecting it into yourself. 😂
your voice is just so soothing omg 😍
Thank youuuu! 🥰
YOUR HAIR LOOKS AS AMAZING AS IT CAN EVER BE!! lend them to me pleaaaasseee

Honestly made my day watching this. Also I’ve been wanting to try Angelle collection but been put off by the price but have heard they’re super luxurious so it was nice to see you try them impartially x
Aww i'm so glad!! 🥰
Sophie, I feel like you need to give the tattoos another chance! I’ve been using ink box for awhile.. and their tattoos come out fully pigmented and they last beautifully!
Really love these videos! You have the sweetest most entertaining personality ❤️
Aw really!! Maybe i did something wrong.. i’ve still got the other one to try so hopefully that one goes a bit better!
& thank you!! 🥰
I would put lotion on the area first. Let it sit for a little while then wash it and use the wipe! Keep your skin relaxed so it doesn’t crease as much! Really give it a good press after it’s on to make sure it’s all in contact with your skin! ❤️😊 hope this helps! They are so much fun!
You are literally glowing in all these videos in this!!!!! What foundation are you wearing?🥺❤️
Your so calm and comforting❤️💖
Aww thank you! Im so glad 🥰
The whole eating try on clip I was like Sophie, you need to look out for the accidental innuendos lol
Your hair always look amazing, so shiney and healthy! If I didn’t have boy short hair I would definitely try function beauty.
