    Thank you, again, Kelly. I haven't tried to make any rings as yet, so this will be perfect for my first attempt. Just like you, I have a ton of beads. I was a beader before I started wire working.

    Lovely little ring, Kelly! I used an 8mm bead on mine and it turned out great. I think next time I'll try a smaller bead for a daintier ring. Great tutorial-it allows for this to be a very versatile design.

    I think this stuff might actually be making sense finally! I’m so excited and I have wire, tools, beads, and cabs to play with. I’ve been collected a hobby but afraid to do the hobby. I hate failure fear, perfectionism, whatever…It sux

      @KellyJonesJewellery  Год назад +1

      I totally get you, I make and throw away so much because I'm not happy. Give it a go, the first time won't be perfect but we all start at the beginning. Have fun 💕

    • @sandywall5266
      @sandywall5266 Год назад +1

      If you're looking to be a perfectionist at this hobby good luck. I think we're most critical of our work because they're so up-close-and-personal with it. There's so many projects I've made mistakes with but others don't see your mistakes. They just see the beauty and what you've made. So don't be too hard on yourself. I have had to do that with myself, and I'm not a perfectionist. Good luck and have fun with your projects💖
      Also be kind to yourself when wire wrapping. And finish your project even though you might think it looks terrible. Follow through with it. And then do some tweaking. And you will Amaze yourself❤. There are times you have to walk away from it and when you come back and see what you've actually done, you might actually surprise yourself how well you did😅

      I don't have any small squares at the mo. Para wire is good, I've used that too, it's a bit tougher than the uncoated copper I normally use.

    Hi love your videos, what brand wire do you use?

  • @Kera.S.
    @Kera.S. Год назад

    So does that mean I can technically start with what ever the thickest gauge of wire that will fit through my bead? Say I only have 18g or 16g round and a larger hole bead I could use it but realize what I’m doing obviously by changing the weaving wire to 24g round so you know that too. I Love You and Your channel❣️🫶🏻 5:35

      I get mine from the US, Rio Grande, I buy in bulk cos of the shipping. The square I've bought from the UK is too hard to work.
