    I'm not able to understand why depolimerization is always shown to happen from plus end first (from tip) while the bottom part remains stable associated with MTOC?
    the Gtp hydrolysis should be same for all dimers and i think the dimers Polymerized first at the bottom should hydrolyze gtp first and depolimerization should always start from bottom?
