As usual a very well thought off video. Being a tinkerer myself I don't watch most 3D print unboxing videos anymore, and at best i skip a lot... but this one I did, no skipping and all the way till the very end even... well done Matt.
Hey Matt, I really like your videos, especially you videos on the Lego car! You should make it even faster and even bigger. Nice job, keep more video’s coming!! 👊👌
I looked at this one, but decided against it on the basis that 2-in-1-out doesn't easily work for using soluble filaments which to me is the main benefit of dual filament printers, so in the end went for the Tenlog Hands 2 IDEX machine. And as the extruders come as modules I reckon you could easily fit a laser engraver onto it.
The bars that go on top to hold the filament... when I got my printer, the holes were not in the top to screw those into, they were on the side, like someone took that top bar and screwed it in wrong.... and there were no long screws...
You have good material. I had a question because it's so hard to find out anything on this equipment. How can I make my own file for engraving with the laser? I can only use the generic files
There are three rollers that hold the carriage in place. I backed off the screws on the too two rollers slightly, adjusted the carriage and re-tightend them. Sometimes the rollers just aren't sat square to the carriage plate.
Hi Matt! Would you please comment which changes you had to make on LaserGRBL exported file to be used with this printer? I am so disappointed with their original software but can't get it running using the LaserGRBL output file nor the one made by LightBurn. Thanks!
Laser cutters/engravers quickly became my favourite tool when working for a model making company. I must buy one one day soon.

Great content, thanks mate!
Beautiful

With how that laser module mounts to the extruder, I wonder how difficult it would be to add a diode laser to an existing printer.
Not that hard... I think it has been done 👍
Dont rely on the BLtouch levelers. When they fail the head will ram itself into the bed.
simple stay with it for that very little time and have a kills-witch...
(even a switch operated power-outlet should do the trick)
To be honest I still prefer a manual leveled bed 👍

I also have some play in my X carriage. You didn't show how you tightened it . So how did you tighten the X carriage ?

@@MattDenton AAAhh , ok. Thank You

Hi. It was quite a few changes. I'll try and find some detail if what I'd did.
I'm amazed @sexycyborg hasn't offered you one of the new Creality's infinite Z printers to review! You are an ideal user test!
That would great 👍😃😃
@@MattDenton don't outsource the comment-section to India!
Can the laser etch on metal surface specially tools?
No…
Is this legal? Won't you get sued by lego?
Are you able to lazer sildrical glass
I doubt it
@@MattDenton if it's possible, that would be amazing. Huh?
Am I the only one that wonders where the hell matt is?
I’m here... just work taking over 😂
Great video. Thank you.
To anyone that sees this your probably expecting some stupid inspirational quote but that's boring so....
Green strawberry flavor hedgehogs
I’m so glad to see “random comment” taken to a logical absurd extreme, it alleviates boredom!
