- It's 9am UK time which can mean only one thing - it’s time for another brand-new recipe for you lovely juicy people to judge!
I kicked the week off with THE MIGHTY GREEN (which went down a treat!) and I’ll be following on the ‘juice’ theme for the next few days, so keep that juicer exactly where it is!
As many of you know, I am in the process of writing my new book, ‘Juice ‘n’ Blend Me!’ and I’m looking to add as many bonus recipes as possible (in addition to all the recipes for the 7-day plan itself). I only want to add the best of the best and this is where YOU come in!

🔸 Mango 1/2 Fresh Mango (the harder the better as you will get more juice)

🔸 Pear 1
🔸 Broccoli Stem 1-Inch (or 2 florets)

I dug out and cleaned off my juiceman juicer and made carrot juice thank u sir I will use it often it is delicious mixed with a naked drink I also added some of the fiber in the mix
I just got my juicer today and made this for myself after a little play around with it with my daughter. 1st of all I can't believe my daughter just consumed 2 apples, 2 oranges, a celery stalk and some Spinach in one juice and loved it AND 2nd this recipe is lush ! Not at all as bad as I thought it would be (forgive me im a carb junky and just starting out) but it's really tasty and I'm excited to push forward and see how my body responds to this.. wish me luck !

You are my inspiration jason.. i have had eczema for years and it's now cleared. I have had acid reflux recently and it's cured. No other drink could make me feel better than natural juice. Brilliant! I’ve been making this juice for years, it’s my favourite 💜 I use your older cold press juicer model, the Union Jack one & I love it. Just as easy as my old fast juicer. I always use way more ginger than I should as I’m obsessed with it, & sub kale or whatever greens I have for the spinach & have panic attacks if I’m getting low on oranges 😂. Easy 10/10 from me . I never get fed up with this combination ❤️
Also, I 100% agree with you about taking responsibility for our health & to look after ourselves. I was taught this by my lovely late grandmother.I remember as a child back in the late ‘60s her proudly demonstrating her new Swiss juicer. It was HUGE!! The first thing she juiced was carrots & we drank the juice 😋. Think it lasted for around 30years, but it was a beast as it had a blender attachment as well. 💞 Loving this combo. Upgraded to a GreenStar Elite juicer a few years ago, and it just cuts through carrots like a hot knife to butter. Absolutely amazing machine. As a result, able to juice the harder root vegetables a lot better than previously. Having said that, the Jason Vale Union Jack juicer I keep seeing, looks like a great little juicer too.

I really like watching your videos and it very educational for me, because I'm a beginner in being a vegan, I would love to have a coach like you that can teach to know my fruits and vegetables and there benefits for health, and that's what I want to learn. So any advice from you on how should I start would be great, so keep up the good work in helping people be healthy in there lives.

i like these videos. I make random juices and im not sure if you have done this one Jason but i have 1 apple , half beetroot, 2 or 3 carrots and then i blend up a banana. Its creamy and sweet i would recommend.

I think it’s totally awesome that you have the advertising turned off! Although I’m not sure that you’re aware, I have a RUclips channel as well and I get a lot of notifications. RUclips is going to begin monetizing all channels. Which means that even though you have your monetization cut off, I believe RUclips can put ads on your channel so that they can generate revenue. I think again that it’s awesome that you have no advertisements on your channel. But you’re providing quality content and you’ve got a good base, you should go ahead and sign up for the partnership. Think of all the benefit you could do reaching the rest of theWorld with the money generate from ad revenue. I for one wouldn’t mind watching a 30 second ad to get to your content. Although that’s just my humble opinion. Keep on juicing!

On day 2 of a 28 day juice fast. Downloaded the app, it is a great tool. I plan to go more than 28 days. Uterine cancer removed 2019, total hysterectomy caused surgical menopause and find when I’m eating raw vegan I have way less hot flashes. Hoping the juicing will help more.

How do you clean the beetroot. I usually cut top n bottom off. I peel the skin because I don’t eat to eat dirt but I see you leave the skin on. Again how do you clean the skin. Do u soak n brush or special brush. P.S. all my brushes end up being used for cleaning dishes😂

Awesome , Jason i invest in the best juicer omegavsj843qs , then i also have a vitamix blender , uses the pulp of the juicer to go to the blender with green apple etc fruits ,do you agree?

I think I’m doing something wrong:( I’ve been juicing since February almost every day and nothing. No burst of energy no glowing skin, none of my health problems have cleared up I’m starting to think maybe for some people it just doesn’t work😢
Have you tried purely juicing for a period of time? Like a 7 day Juice programme? Sometimes you need to cut everything else out to let your body heal and repair and start to see / feel the benefits. Amy@JuicyHQ

You are dealing with a slow masticating juicer, not a high speed blade juicer, no need to be pushing the carrots or any other produce with so much pressure

20 years ago, who would have guessed that there would be a number of men making money cutting vegetables and fruits to put in a blender, gaining celebrity status! Possibly even getting additional perks that go along with becoming a celebrity that also help keeping those calluses that doing the more typical masculine type jobs gave men doing more manual type jobs with their hands. Anyway, I am going to give this type of diet a shot. Will be nice not to have to cook, clean greasy pans, ovens and feel too bloated after eating. Also, would be fantastic to be able to downsize my pant's waist size and not feel like I am being ripped off every time the food industry squeezes more money from your pockets with their packaging deflation tricks. Might even have to start growing my own foods since the costs of all foods from the supermarkets is getting ridiculous across the entire board. Imagine how much people will be paying in the very near future once the entire west coast and most of the rivers supplying the largest fruit and vegetable growers has completely dried up.
Enjoy those juicy fruits and moist vegetables while you can, but when a leaf of lettuce consumes 2 gallons of water and 1 serving of apple juice uses 71 gallons, it probably won't be for long for those depending on grocery stores and the desert based agricultural industry in the USA. Yet, how many people are buying ridiculously priced bottles of branded water that stills haven't figured out that the corporations like Pepsi and Coke are just getting them use to paying for their drinking water that is less pure than what comes out of their taps in many regions or could with the aid of filtration.
