I can say i was there live when it happened. After 13 streams....we finally beat saltbaker with lobber. And we even s ranked him in the process!! From august 5th...to august 30th.....3 weeks.....but at last....all that pain paid off in the end. Who knows....maybe we can even beat this on geo mode in the future! We got close in the dlc stream!

I don't know if you noticed but for the first phase of the boss, the background actually gives clue about what's coming and from where. For example for this run (starting at 0:21): 1. At the start: Limes are pushed on the right by Saltbaker so they come from the right right after 2. Sugar gets broken and sent away to the left so then sugar cubes come from the left 3. Cookies rolled on the righ -> they will come from the right 4. Lime pushed on the left -> coming from the left ... It make this boss 100times easier (I got him on S way easier than Mortimer Freezer) Well done on your challenge !! And thanks for the rank S videos it really helped me !

The icing on the cake was the fact that his successful run was an S-Rank. This is a very significant payoff when you consider all the blood, sweat, and tears that went into it all… My only regret is that I wasn’t there to see it live. Congratulations!
