We had three days to spend in Naples, Italy before we had to head back to Mount Vesuvius... SO... we decided to take these three days to relax, unwind and recharge the batteries. After a nightmare start having to cancel our Naples hotel because it was in the ghetto... we discovered this absolute gem called Misemo | Bacoli | Naples italy. This came at the perfect time and we spend our time with fine wine and gratitude.

Napoli is my favourite city. There is just something about it that makes my soul sing.
It has a similar vibe to New York, which is maybe why I was drawn to it so strongly….but at the same time, it’s so unique. There is nowhere else like it.
It’s probably the warmest, friendliest city I know of.

I love Naples! I was there for a week in June alone and it was amazing! I went to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello for a day.

Wow, Naples has changed dramatically since I visited in the early 90's. Then it was in the grips of street crime. I have a long story of arriving on a night train, and experiencing the bizarre, nocturnal circus of debauchery on the circle outside the station.
As a fresh faced youngster from Ohio, it was overwhelming.
Then in the morning, the entire area was given over to a street market, with grandmothers pushing strollers and toting shopping bags. A completely different city by night.
Yeah it's a really crazy place in the city... completely different from street to street.
That's why we decided to head to the outskirts! Glad we did... it was incredibly beautiful 🖤
