Well this is a hard core ketogenic diet thing. I liked the dark chocolate (85%) cacao with raw milk butter. It's a really difficult diet to follow. I did lose ~90lbs on it though.
My mom did a "keto" diet for months. She would keep eating junk food which would reset it. I doubt she lost even 5 pounds from it lmao. To lose 90 I know that had to be hard!

Fun fact: In chocolate candies, there's 2 type of main ingredient, the dark cocoa beans and the cocoa fat, which is essentially just butter but on crack, and depends on the dark-to-fat ratio, it will turn from dark chocolate, to your average milk chocolate bar
And yes adding butter or fat to it won't really be a bad idea
Edit: but yeah, after finishing the clip, I came to a conclusion that the butter is way too much for the ratio, but hey, I can eat and enjoy butter on it's own so, there's that

I'm probably that weirdo who'd enjoy this combo but I also feel that the type of butter and chocolate does matter.
Well this is a hard core ketogenic diet thing. I liked the dark chocolate (85%) cacao with raw milk butter. It's a really difficult diet to follow. I did lose ~90lbs on it though.
My mom did a "keto" diet for months. She would keep eating junk food which would reset it. I doubt she lost even 5 pounds from it lmao. To lose 90 I know that had to be hard!
