Which is still better than what bungie did to him. In Halo 3 he was nothing more than master chief funny looking dinosour sidekick who had no importance in the story whatsoever and has like five lines throughout the entire game. If you're not playing as arbiter he disappears for 80% of the campaign which is why you remove him from 80% of the game absolutely nothing will change which is an insult to the character.

It fits both og their characters from a character development stand point. Both are stoic men of few words. All they need is a look to acknowledge each other. Its the perfect reunion based off their peraonqlities and how they carry themselves
