I always thought that phones like this are awesome. It has a keyboard, a touchscreen and it runs android!
this is such a cute phone the only thing that upsets me is that it doesnt have that cute outer screen that lollipop has

Maybe you don' t have enough space for the app. Check your storage and clear the cache. Hope this helps! :)

maybe, it because the apps no longer support the OS. Regardless of the reason you can download the apps or older version of the apps on google. Use you laptop or pc then sync/ transfer the downloaded .apk file to you phone. Locate the .apk you just downloaded and install it. Then, you've just installed all the apps you've wanted
@@c.w.lcookywithluv313 i think the games no longer support older OS. Some games you can still try to download the .apk file and install on your phone but some will not work. Some apps will not work if the version is not updated. :( you can still try to download it on google but there's a 80% chance that after you install it the app will ask you to update it. You wont be able to play until you updated it.

@@__dlbp So far it's lasting pretty well. It would take me 2 days or 2 and a half before I need to charge it at 30%.
@__dlbp I would use this for calling and texting. Though because of the limited storage on the apps. I only downloaded Messenger lite and Instagram lite and it works fine with me. :)

Unfortunately not, I asked the vendor and they offered to replace the motherboard but it's just a lot of work to do, so just stick it out.

No it has been updated and LG shutdown it's phone division. I'm pretty sure as long as it has 4G and VOLTE. It should still work. Phone service has nothing to do with the phone manufacturer
