As much as you can. But you have to give it time to regrow

Hi Fred, can you share the type of alfalfa that you are growing.
Do you mean the variety?
You should dry it out a bit more you don't want moisture in the stems otherwise you will get mold if the stems brake its ready

Semanhyia grass is one of the many varieties that’s actually very suitable for our climate here in Africa
