@@3DandTeePrinting Yeah based on the videos of the printer, it’s an X1 without lidar. Super excited about it and hopefully it will be better than the 4 Max. If you didn’t watch the videos Elegoo made, you should watch them on their channel.
@@3DandTeePrinting did you end up using supports for the front of the print head in purple? When I last printed a voron head the outer edge overhang kinda looked like shit and I had to sand it to look good. Could have just been the part cooling on my printer at the time though!
@AtomicBleach No, I had one part with a some ugly overhangs but I reprinted it. Dropping the Temp from 270 for 260 and added 20% fans on overhangs angles over 40%. Problem Solved. Oh and I did do it on the Q1 Pro with a 50c chamber so that does help too. 🤣
@AtomicBleach For some reason it was on closeout. Purple and Orange Glitter ABS. I picked them up for $3.96 USD. Not a typo $3.96 per KG. I got 3 KG's now they no longer carry it. I think I am going to retire the last 600grams for any replacement parts I may need.
