heres how indians make chai:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2-ish spoons of chai patti (tea leaves)
sugar as per ur liking
2-3 cardamons (optional)
small piece of ginger (optional)
boil it twice, like watch it rise and fall twice
and then put it on high flame for the last time watch it rise AGAIN and then strain and enjoy.
ps everyone has their own ways of making chai, this is just how my family does it and i feel is the most common way but if u do it differently then pls lmk bcs id love to try it

oh I usually like it with more milk and some usually boil the tea powder first then add milk and don’t make it in separate way just boil it all together

this is the earliest i’ve been to a Ha sister video!! and now i’m watching while eating my breakfast 😎
my breakfast that i made after feeling motivated:
step 1: scramble 3 eggs in a bowl and add salt pepper, chilli flakes.
step 2: wash ur spinach and finley chop it up and add it into the eggs and add cheese.
step 3: cook on the stove like a regular omlete! and add cheese! ( I DIDNT SCRAMBLE THE EGGS IN THE PAN! )
step 4: cook 6 peices o crispy leftover chicken :) FRIDAYS BUFFALO CHICKEN >>> ( but i ran out of the sauce :( )
step 5: feed ur phone :)
step 6: MUNCH!

Okay just cuz erica asked for it , heres how to make chai the traditional way from India/Pakistan/Nepal:
1: Boil half cup water and add the chai leaves (either buy the leaves easily available in stores or just cut open the tea bag and add it)
2: add ur sweetner (I prefer white crystalline sugar)
3: u can add ginger and cardamom, u can just use the back of ur knife u break them apart (this step is optional , it adds extra spice and flavor which also has health benefits especially to clear ur throat or cold or an headache)
Step 4: after the water and the ingredients have been boiled add one cup of milk (preferred milk is cow milk) And let it boil for a few more minutes. Now strain the chai to a cup Enjoy it hot ❤ love u alot erica hope u read this
