Hey man! I have recently discovered your youtube channel and I love everything you preach and what your about. I do however, have one problem myself, I am in school currently in year 12 in England (11th grade i believe in America) I am doing harder work than before in previous years however I don't find it too difficult. The main subject I am doing is entirely course work based so I have to do a lot of work outside of the class however I know that I have the ability to do this work as it isn't hard once I get into it and have an understanding of what I need to do but I just put it off every single day all the day even when I have hours of free time to do it and I then stress about it and still do nothing about it even though I have plenty of time initially and it isn't super hard. Do you have any advice or tips etc. I really wanna just stay on top of my work and not have to worry about it so I can become less depressed about it and spend guilt-free time doing other things.
