We're thankful that there are guys like you who are still finding vintage Detroit Iron even in 2023 Silas. Some may not be saved because of them sitting out in the elements for years but they can donate parts that'll keep others like them on the road.
I’m glad you have such a good eye for the old cars and trucks and what might sell from them. They look like crusher material to me. But that’s what makes your videos so interesting. Thanks for sharing and may God bless you.
I really think that 61 ford p/u is neat.I remember seeing them around when I was a kid and wondering why some nitwit put the wrong bed on his truck and now you gave me the lowdown on it and it’s factory!I find that amazing.
Looks like a good haul. I am partial to the odd ball cars. I like my Ramblers, Packard, Hudson and Studebakers. Always entertaining videos. What a job to have. Every day is different.
The 53 Chevy four door won me over. Thank you for going to all that trouble to salvage those trucks and cars. You can't save them all, but you can save some of their parts.
What an awsome pile of stuff on today's video..I wish I lived out there..its hotrod heaven..bet that duster is already sold.cant wait to see the next video
Well that's not bad when some guy says I just want these off my property. it just cost you time and fuel to load up so you should do fairly well on those..I am glad that you do save some of the older iron Matt. Thanks for sharing.
Another well assembled video Silas and I love these field trips. With that nice haul you got from there, people need to beat a path to your door for parts and whole. Stayin tuned! 🤠👍 (Sorry for being late, it won't happen again 😉)
Hi I'm a new subscriber. One of my coworkers was just telling me about your channel. A couple of videos in and I'm now hooked! I really like the old Ford camper like van you showed at the end. Possibilities are endless for it.
I am glad you save old cars and trucks for sale whole or in parts..Parts are hard to find AS-IS. Crushing up old vehicles will make parts even harder to find. Donor Cars and Trucks
that Ford with the mismatched bed is a killer truck! I should be welding and making money but stuck on the couch sick. so I get to catch up un youtube!
A friend had one of those Gold Dusters and Feather Duster too. The '63 is pretty cool, so is that red Ford. Never knew that about the Ford beds. I had a '66 3/4 ton 4x4 the same color that came from an Ohio farm. Used it for a work truck for years until the motor finally blew up and sold the truck for parts. Wish I still had it. One of these I'll probably buy something whole from you, you get all the cool old stuff, not much of that up here in the rust belt.
I'm not really a Mopar guy, but i remember those Gold Dusters when they were new. The real odd thing was the vinyl top they all had, you can see the trim on the roof for it yet on the one you have. It was gold colored alligator skin. Honest. And I'm old enough to remember the jingle they used for it in their ads. Here I go (spoken by a guy with a baritone voice like CW McCall) "It's got a vinyl top that's right in style, looks like in came off a gold reptile, you can have all this and lots more too, when your buy Plymouth Gold Duster, '72"
Scratch the big problem what is happening is 2dr Pickups with 8' boxes they are the best for driving on gravel roads, putting a camper on the back, for towing a trailer etc.
The International step side was my fave Silas. You are right - you just don't see those. Would be fun to get running and take down some dirt roads seeing as it was 4x4.
The Gold Duster, The Model A and the 49 Chev 2 door sedan were my favourite cars. Honorable mention to the 1968 Chrysler Newport. Thanks for sharing your adventures and saving most of these cars from being scrapped completely. Cheers.
I love the content in this one . The 4dr "Olds" is actually a '62 Pontiac. My dad had a Safari station wagon that year. Glad you could save some of them.
With all the interest in nostalgia hot rods and gassers, those early Olds and Pontiac rears have a market. If a guy is doing a period correct car they use them. Especially the Olds, since Pontiac went to Wide Track in 59, and they are a lot wider. My favorite of course that 38 Chevy 1/2 ton!
Thanks for saving all the classic metal. I don't care if they restore them original or hot rod them. Its just cool they got saved. Be good Silas. My dad was named Silas so he would have have loved your videos.
The early 60's red Ford Truck would make a great project. But like you, the back box is ugly, and would have to go. A wooden flat bed would be better than that, LOL
You should rent out your camper bus as an overnight camper. Probably a lot of us would like to explore all your collection during the day and then pass out for the night. Great content!
Man, that grass looks good. We just had to buy hay to feed. Anyway, looks like you hit the jackpot. that sure is a weird place for a door handle in that car. Right on the chrome.
Cool Cars Pick Up from that Property and many more Great Cars and Truck to Salvage ! This was a great Adventure for sure - Yes a lot of Driving but I think it was worth it ! Well done Silas and onto the next ! Many Cheers from Australia !!!!
You got a nice hoard of vehicles . I'm sure you will fulfill your expectations and be rid of them in short order. Thanks for the great video , till next time , stay well and take care . Stuart in Ontario .
Hey Silas, that latr 30's Chevy ½ton pickup is purdy cool. Also the Ford bread truck is neat too. Dude, you did a ton of work in the past few days. I hope you get time to spend with your family on Sunday. Take care, and thanks for sharing. 😮😊❤
Awesome thar you can save parts of these old classics for Art..they are getting a new lease on life. To bad many couldn't have been saved before getting so bad. Awesome content and appreciate you sharing your day with us.😎👍🚗🚜🚛🛻🛠️
if i had the money to send a 40 foot highcube container from sweden to you Silas and buy thoose 2 green darts and some other neat carparts i had done it to restore the cars. But it would cost to much for me to do that now so i have to look at all your neat cars instead. Keep up the good work cleaning up the brush from cars and stuff waiting for you, and keep the good content flowing..
What up Silas As always you found the honey hole of rusted metal save what's needed to be saved & crush the rest definitely some rough vehicles definitely some good vehicles I think my favorite one was the bread truck it has some pretty cool curve well till next time be safe!
The model A has a heater manifold kinda cool 25:53 . You may can sell the Newport to the derby guys and make a little more money for it. I love the video’s. Keep them coming
We're thankful that there are guys like you who are still finding vintage Detroit Iron even in 2023 Silas. Some may not be saved because of them sitting out in the elements for years but they can donate parts that'll keep others like them on the road.
Any day Silas saves historical cars is a great day for me 👍! Time well spent watching this video!!
Always makes for a good day when Silas posts a video !!!!
I’m glad you have such a good eye for the old cars and trucks and what might sell from them. They look like crusher material to me. But that’s what makes your videos so interesting. Thanks for sharing and may God bless you.
😊😊 junk on😊❤❤❤❤ 26:17
Great find and rescued some unusual pieces of automotive history. You had my heart pounding with those cars and trucks👍👍
I really think that 61 ford p/u is neat.I remember seeing them around when I was a kid and wondering why some nitwit put the wrong bed on his truck and now you gave me the lowdown on it and it’s factory!I find that amazing.
Thanks for posting this. I love old cars and trucks and hate to see them crushed, but you can’t save them all.
That model A and the Gold Duster ate well worth getting back on the road.
What an awsome pile of stuff on today's video..I wish I lived out there..its hotrod heaven..bet that duster is already sold.cant wait to see the next video

I like the 28/29 model A. Theres enough there for a good start of a patina jalopy.
Great Job, May be rough, but a goldmine of parts to the right person !
Great Saves!

That 4x4 International is my favorite! Nice work !

Feather Duster? 😳
If there was such a model, I don't remember them, were they exclusively for the ladies?
🤔👍
I love the patina on those cars. It takes decades to change cars into these unique relics.
I would have a big problem getting rid of cars if I had a car junkyard, good job
That was so great Salis thank you for sharing and your time you got to love the oldies.
Great video. Lots of work getting everything to the yard.
I love the Model A Coup , it would make a good Trog Car and the 49 Chev hope the other 49 has the Door You need
Thank you my friend .................. Love all your videos thanks for sharing !!!!!
I'm not really a Mopar guy, but i remember those Gold Dusters when they were new. The real odd thing was the vinyl top they all had, you can see the trim on the roof for it yet on the one you have. It was gold colored alligator skin. Honest.

Amazing how the chrome parts withstand the test of time. Fascinating video👍
Mostly stainless steel.
Thank you for the work you do for us. Alway nice to watch. Make them longer😊
Scratch the big problem what is happening is 2dr Pickups with 8' boxes they are the best for driving on gravel roads, putting a camper on the back, for towing a trailer etc.
That out Ford with the mismatched bed is a good oddball story. Classic manufacturing bean counter error.
Derby guys will buy that Newport.
The International step side was my fave Silas. You are right - you just don't see those. Would be fun to get running and take down some dirt roads seeing as it was 4x4.
That IH pickup is worth saving. My heart still hearts from the old Mercedes Benz coupes that you crushed from a few years ago.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. All have potential... some need a lot of love lol. Good finds Silas
Hope someone would want the jail bar Ford truck. So good looking. What a job you have.
Bread truck/ motor home. my favorite

Your getting some old cool cars and trucks

But like you, the back box is ugly, and would have to go. A wooden flat bed would be better than that, LOL
Good to see you are advertising to sell some of these older cars..
I like the 1930’s 100 pickup truck!
That looks like a mixture of crusher material and cars that would make good projects. The ugly is what makes the 61 ford cool.
I loved the 61 Ford truck. But the rest were some pretty unique cars.
You should rent out your camper bus as an overnight camper. Probably a lot of us would like to explore all your collection during the day and then pass out for the night. Great content!
Great saves on all those vehicles, you’ll make money and preserve some of their elements
I like your videos Sillas theres rarely a dull moment and you find some awesome stuff.
My favourite breakfast channel.
I'd love a big place like that, all over grown cars and machines, I'd add more!
Loved the bread van!!! So cool!!!
gold duster was a cool old mopar
Chevrolet 53 .
My favorite .
I have a Pontiac 53.
The Dart was originally purchased at Reedman in Langhorne, PA. Their still in business is outside of Philly
Man, that grass looks good. We just had to buy hay to feed. Anyway, looks like you hit the jackpot. that sure is a weird place for a door handle in that car. Right on the chrome.

I liked the long bed Ford
if i had the money to send a 40 foot highcube container from sweden to you Silas and buy thoose 2 green darts and some other neat carparts i had done it to restore the cars. Definitely the 30's chevy pick up!
I think that wrong bed truck is a winner! Wouldn't take a whole lot to get it back on the road
Enjoyed it. I really like the old trucks. Glad you are a guy that tries to save some of these Detroit iron, regardless if its parts or whole cars.
Always enjoy 😊😊😊😊👍👍
Awesome videos enjoy watching
The bread van is awesome.
Cool haul!
Those wrong beds were sold at a discount if you bought them. It was an interesting way to get rid of overstock.
Love that Ford truck long box. Great video
What up Silas As always you found the honey hole of rusted metal save what's needed to be saved & crush the rest definitely some rough vehicles definitely some good vehicles I think my favorite one was the bread truck it has some pretty cool curve well till next time be safe!

My favorite was the Ford Bread Truck!❤️
Good Work!
Thank you for the great content
another great adventure-- do you still have these in your collection ??
I hope you make some sales, your prices are realistic, very fair in my opinion.
Who wouldn't like to have the money to save and restore all these old cars? I'd sure think it'd be fun. That's one long trailer.
Man you're living in heaven from what I see here!
Thanks silas
You are a bug bear for work.. Most ambitious scrap dealer around.
The '29 Ford Model T would make a nice hotrod body. The windshield appears intact.
Man I would LOVE that Model A.
The model A has a heater manifold kinda cool 25:53 . You may can sell the Newport to the derby guys and make a little more money for it. I love the video’s. Keep them coming
