@@bigjohn828 crazy how you still defend your actions. Because it’s not even your child’s fault. It’s yours. You would have been just as upset if someone damaged your car like this and when someone tells you about their response was “prove it” . She only had an attitude because this most certainly wasn’t the first time she talked to you about watching your kids and you shrugged her off and said “this is a park.” And then something finally happens and she blows up on you and you act confused and like she is horrible. Gaslighting 101. Your kid may be a straight A student and overall a good child, I don’t doubt that. But at 5 years old they can and do make mistakes. And what you should have did was told your children to stay off her property. If she has such a nasty attitude like you say. Why not discourage your children away from her property? It's awesome that you're taking a vested interest in the raising of your children, Carrie. It's important to teach them self-respect, respect for their family, and for people in general out in the real world. Some folks just turn kids out on their own without SUPERVISION. That ain't cool. If parents can't personally watch over their charges, then you want to know that they have the sense and values you instilled in them because, realistically, you can't always be around.

Glad I'm not the only one who got confused by that...mom said red, dad corrected her, she even sidled a few inches from him and immediately, "Orange, orange, his bike is bright orange"......the mom seemed both fragile and fierce, reeks of abuse by dad but willing to fight to protect her kids, from anything.

The Defendants full of lies and irresponsibility. They are NEGLIGENT parents.

The situation could have been handled differently but, I totally understand the plaintiffs frustration. Maybe, after seeing the children outside all the time without supervision and then this happened may have caused some of the frustration, too. People have children & they are irresponsible to not wanting to watch them or even take responsibility for their actions even if it wasn't malicious. Why folks thinks that it's 👍 to destroy people's properties and no consequences! He was trying his best not to have to pay bringing up issues as though it was right what happened to the neighbor. If someone had done that to him, would he have liked that? What good morals are they teaching those children?
