I'm also glad that JM checked the plaintiff about the shade she attempted to throw at the mom for not coming outside. The right people were outside discussing things. The husband's knew how to broker peace. Any mother would have come outside matching her energy, which would not have ended well for anyone. A whole police report. I hate the overused moniker "Karen," but the plaintiff was definitely behaving as one. Right or not, you can't behave badly and then get mad when people respect their boundaries by protecting their peace and walking away. Good judgment.

"I'm too old to be arguing all that. That's what they do in High School." Claims the defendant. THAT is exactly what she is doing. CONSTANTLY ARGUING. The situation could have been handled differently but, I totally understand the plaintiffs frustration. Maybe, after seeing the children outside all the time without supervision and then this happened may have caused some of the frustration, too. People have children & they are irresponsible to not wanting to watch them or even take responsibility for their actions even if it wasn't malicious. Why folks thinks that it's 👍 to destroy people's properties and no consequences! He was trying his best not to have to pay bringing up issues as though it was right what happened to the neighbor. since they didnt bring the child I bet the child was riding that bike while they was in court
Judge Judy would’ve told the defendants that if they keep making excuses for their child this will not be their last time in court 🤨
How about the parents get off their butts and watch their 5 year old child. I wouldn’t allow my dog outside unsupervised.
Terrible parents.
Why are they terrible?
The plaintiff is kinda funny! 😂😂
She loud and aggressive but hopefully it keeps the kids away from her car and residence
My next door neighbor's kid used to ride his bike down my driveway between my two cars. The kid's handle bar scraped my van back to front after I told the kid many times, do not ride down my driveway. The parents were like oh i'm so sorry...and didn't care.
Aint no 5yr old riding a bike that big. Those scratches was already there.
How he know the landlord sue her if they live across the street from each other😂
This man is a lier watch your damn children they are your responsibility 😊
What did he lie about?
Their dad is sorry asf. Why can’t you take responsibility you know your child did it and he should have been outside watching.
"I'm too old to be arguing all that. That's what they do in High School." Claims the defendant. THAT is exactly what she is doing. CONSTANTLY ARGUING. She and her husband are BOTH back in HS and worse, they refuse to take responsibility for NOT supervising her children and allowing them to be hellions in the community. The Defendants full of lies and irresponsibility. They are NEGLIGENT parents.
Nice Montreal Expos hat in the crowd with Harvey.
I don’t notice 😮 need to go back to see that
He’s a big jerk! The defendant
Do you know him personally?
@ why nosey ass?
I really want to be angry at the male defendant, but he has such a huge chip on his shoulder that he flaunts like he's all that. It's freaking hilarious. He behaves like a court jester with his constant interruptions. I really want to be mad but he's so freaking funny!
I Love The Plaintiff 😂❤
The worst people to have to live in your neighborhood look just like these clowns!
that man needs to take responsibility for his son
Why, why, why, do parents can think their child, or children can do no wrong 😑 kids make mistakes all the time, and unsupervised kids can do more.
My neighbors kid did the same to my car. He rode his bike into my carport, and i have a deep scratch down the WHOLE side of my car. He did it to both sides of my car. Smh his parents are druggies so i knew id get nothing out of them. So glad they moved. That kid would just come onto your property and destroy your stuff.
City Accent so dope that's how my folks back home talk
The husband is so immature, I could just imagine what that wife goes through!
I can't stand a sassy argumentive man. He did want to pay and thats just that. If you keep your kids from your vehicle that means they know how to stay away from others. And you can go get your sisters .. They can can get checked too.
Gosh I feel sorry for the teachers. These folks must be an absolute JOY to deal with!
If someone had done that to him, would he have liked that? What good morals are they teaching those children?
The defendants looked lazy walking in.
He wanted and thought the other kids were the damn babysitter
If they're not watching him how do they know what bike he was playing on? 🙄
side note: mom is sooo small and dad is big.. I'm sure he had to "be gentle with her" 😉😆
