Acrylamide is pretty toxic. Do you only need to avoid skin contact (along with spills, cleanup, etc), or are fumes a problem, too? Are there good nontoxic alternatives?

As far as I know, you just need to take basic precautions. I don't know of any alternatives other than buying precast when possible
