Simple solution to all this, Delhi should be under the Center because it's the Nations Capital. No where in the word is the Capital city is independent & it always comes under the Central administration.
BJP wants to loose Delhi because BJP doesn’t want Kejriwal to become irrelevant. Kejrival in INDIA block with some heft of being Delhi CM works more for BJP than a Kejriwal who has lost Delhi. AAP keeps Congress in check. Kejriwal counters Rahul Gandhi and BJP would not want to loose that weapon in their arm.
Today I traveled via RRTS for the first time. My 2hr cab commute got reduced to 1hr. Am soo happy and satisfied that i can meet my gf soo comfortably whenever i want.
